The staff at the front desk were not very friendly and their facial expressions were not very nice. (Individual staff!)

The room I stayed in was on the 2nd floor, next to the swimming pool. Every day I could hear the sound of residents walking upstairs. I wonder if the upper floor was not carpeted and the sound insulation was not good!
