Everybody please don’t come to this looks like ghost place.The room we booked was completely different from what was shown online ,when we complained what they said.They ask us pay more 200 Eurpe then can go more better room. We can't cancel or change to another room. If we need to change, we have to pay more 💶. We didn’t live this ghost hotel, I will not recommend any of my friends to come here, and will tell them how bad the attitude of the hotel staff here is, not to give customers satisfactory service experience, such a business will not be good in future.

Very poorly maintained room, very dirty carpet, cobweb in the bathroom near the bidet that remained for our entire stay therefore the cleaning is not done properly. Furthermore the reception remains unmanned from 8:00 pm. The breakfast service managed by only two people, in short perhaps it would be a good idea to increase the staff. Parking space is a luck. Good breakfast, very kind staff. The hotel is saved by the beautiful swimming pool.

I recently stayed at the Parkhotel Principe and was very satisfied. The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming and everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back and can only recommend the hotel!

The hotel is on the mountain, and you can't see the lake. You can only get there by taxi. It's tiring to walk up the mountain. I didn't know until I got there that a 3-year-old child had to pay an additional 80 Swiss francs to stay. They also said that they only allow one person to stay in this hotel, and if you add another person, you have to pay extra. They required that you must pay, otherwise you won't be allowed to stay. I communicated with Ctrip but it didn't work. At that time, I couldn't change hotels, so I had to pay 80 Swiss francs to stay, which was about 640 yuan more.
