I am a fairly regular visitor to Capetown and a full-time traveler for my business. I'm in the event and hospitality industry and know a thing or two about how customers should be treated. My story is fairly simple, one night I was planning a trip and was interested in one of the nicer rooms. Decided to go ahead and try them out however 15 minutes later I realized I had booked the wrong dates. Now the dates booked were 6 weeks in advance
