The Sundown Manor team made our stay a very nice experience. We are welcomed very friendly, the services are excellent. The breakfast was very high standard. The location is in a very good area of Cape Town. The whole family felt very welcome and we will be happy to book again when coming back to CT.

Fantastic place in a safe and inviting neighborhood. Gary is a wonderful host and makes you feel at home in a minute. Rooms are neat and have airconditioning. In the morning there is breakfast to get you ready for exploring this amazing city.

Gary and staff were lovely and so accommodating. The rooms were clean and the very comfortable. On our last day we had an unfortunate late flight and they made sure we still had a room to shower in and a place to keep our luggage safe. I would definitely recommend going here.

Amazing guest house in the Sea Point area. The place was immaculate, had a very good size room with very comfy bed & very quiet location. Great hot and cold buffet breakfast & the owner, Gary, was helpful & accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

To be short: a good locaties, nice rooms, wonderful staff. Also the lounge is very comfortable and you ll find a honesty bar. The lean pool is not big, but place enough for two people to slim. Laundry service is available. We have been hete may times and were never disappointed.

This was our first stay in Cape Town. The Sundown Manor was chosen by our travel agency and it was perfect! Very nicely decorated, well situated, confortable beds, good breakfast and a very nice and helpful owner. I recommend this guesthouse without hesitation.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Great location, and the hosts are fantastic (Gary and Kim): friendly, helpful, attentive. Spacious room, very good breakfast.
