Not one of the better premier inns. Easy to find and park, friendly helpful staff. Room okay but a long, long walk away from reception. TV didn’t work properly. Restaurant was good for evening meal but breakfast was woefully short of some items.

We have stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and this was as good as all the others. Staff really friendly and that’s always good. Inside was clean and very tidy. Comfortable bed as always. Meal deal was perfect for us, evening meal and breakfast for a very reasonable extra cost. Will return again if up this way.

Comfortable room, up to the expected standard, and very reasonably priced. It was very conveniently situated for our trip stop and a reasonable walk from the city centre. The receptionist, Alison, was very friendly and helpful and is a credit to your organisation.

On arriving we checked our car into the carpark very easily. When checking in for our room, Alison on reception was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We booked a breakfast and it was fresh and the cooked breakfast was hot and tasty. Thank you premier inn and Alison !

Very disappointed. Accessible rooms further away than others not for poor mobility. My 93 year old mother couldn't make it down the stairs (no lift) stair lift no instruction. My brother was dropping off my mother and help with luggage. Went back to reception to ask for closer room. Given room 2 great but key not working, back to reception again Given a pass key this time. Back along to first room to move luggage ( honestly felt like on hike so far away). Back to reception given key back get key for new room. Brother then left as he wasn't staying at the hotel. Fast forward 2 weeks and he now has a parking ticket £60 . Very disappointing won't be staying again

We visited twice in 10 days on a trip to Scotland and back. On both visits we were very disappointed with the breakfast. On the first visit we had to wait for fried eggs which took forever to come out by which time the rest of our breakfast was cold. We were told they were busy. Certainly didn't seem to be! The second visit breakfast was a shambles, breakfast items coming out in dribs and drabs, not enough for the people that were queuing, the excuse the cook had rung in sick. Won't be rushing back!!
