Amazing central location, great room, polite staff, clean room and area , even tho there’s a sharing bathroom. Please guys, since is winter in Melbourne, add a heater inside the room, cause it was freezing. Having a fan that gives only fresh air, on winter season, doesn’t make any sense. Thank you ! Great experience! Not recommended if you have a car. I had to pay 15$ extra for the parking.

This building was cute.
There wasn’t any hairdryer.
Beds weren’t fixed and it annoyed me.
The exit light from the window was too bright at night.

This B&B has nothing integrity! The goods are wrong! At the price of rentel a good hotel room but accommodation conditions as bad as hell! The worst is the owner said at the time would do the refund for the second night I don't stay and until now do nothing, no refund at all! Now he replied that the time for refund has expired! This is to do deceit ! There is absolutely no guarantee for anyone who stays there, only losses

Very clean and sanitary, highly praised. I will choose this B&B next time and recommend it to my friends. It is really super super comfortable, with a good environment and great service attitude.

Budget stay
Certainly budget accommodation but still clean and with very friendly hosts. Central to Carlton Gardens and many near by cafes and restaurants. Tram stop right out front is very helpful.

I would definitely recommend staying here, particularly if you are after a short stay or backpacker. My friends and I booked the quadruple family room, a large bed with two bunk beds. The price was great, cheaper than a hostel. The rooms were private, clean and the beds were very comfy. The rest of the facilities in the property were clean and convenient. Great location, tram stop outside and less than 10mins walk from the main fitzroy road. Can’t recommend this place enough, Alan and the team did a great job in accommodating our stay.
