Nicole and team did a fabulous job! She went out of her way to help us track down our lost luggage from Turkish Airlines. The team were super helpful and the level of service was fantastic. The restaurant is exquisite! A true gem; can't wait to return. Loved our room and the view of the bay.

The property and location were great and the staff in the restaurant were lovely along with the food. Unfortunately, the staff at reception were not very accommodating. The room was small and was one of the more outdated ones, but it was functional and comfortable enough for a couple of nights.

Lovely place by the sea. I took a superior room with a private terrace. The room is spacious, modern and clean. The only flaw is that there is no bidet but a small shower near the toilet. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Another plus is that it has private parking on site, and is 15 minutes from downtown. I didn't like the small beach and dirty water, and the breakfast with little choice as it was a buffet. For the rest all very nice.

Wonderful.Hotel with Few Rooms Resting on the Sea of Ogliastro Marina with Private Beach.Everything Cared for in the Smallest Details.Cosy and Clean.Great Rooms with Sea View Terrace.I highly recommend it for a stay in complete relaxation.Excellent restaurant.To come back.

Everything was great starting with the booking. This place has its own character, it feels the concern of the hosts, the team as an integral bond. You will definitely want to return as the place itself is unique in its nature.

We were travelling in southern Italy and were looking for a hotel right by the sea, in a quiet location, with a terrace for breakfast (or dinner) overlooking the sea, a family atmosphere and a friendly, relaxed mood - and we found this gem. It should really be kept secret. The only "weakness": the WiFi access is not exactly trustworthy. It could be easier and safer. I left it at reception.

L'hotel è come un abbraccio. Il posto è incantevole: una baia sul mare, con spiaggia privata. La struttura è bellissima e rispettosa del paesaggio, a terrazze, per nulla invadente: ti avvolge. Il personale è delizioso: un grazie speciale a Pino. La cucina è curatissima e davvero speciale, affidata alla maestria e all'attenzione della chef Antonella. Il mare stupendo, i rumori della movida lontani, la professionalità di tutti: e la nostra breve fuga dal cielo bianco di Roma è diventata un abbraccio fresco e amorevole. Da rifare al più presto...

Hotel con ristorante direttamente sul mare. Stanza sublime con terrazzo attrezzato con vista mare, addormentarti con le onde del mare è spettacolare. Pulizia maniacale, staff eccezionale, gentilezza & professionale. Ristorante top cibo di ottima quantità. Colazione sia dolce che salato, ottima.. ci ritorneremo.. grazie a tutti voi

Anche quest’anno un week end di inizio estate al Cefalo, e questa volta ho avuto anche la fortuna di trovare la spiaggia!!!! Le aspettative non sono state disattese, la struttura, così come le stanze, pulitissima, cibo buonissimo, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, ho avuto un piccolo problema con la batteria della macchina che è stato prontamente risolto da Giuseppe!!! direi che sia io che la mia macchina siamo ripartite più cariche ;)

Posizione direttamente sul mare. Se scegli la camera giusta con vista il panorama è bellissimo. Pulizia, professionalità e cortesia. La colazione molto buona di dolce e salato con vista sul mare. Possibile di pranzare e cenare. Posto auto riservato in struttura. Servizio spiaggia con Giuseppe, persona veramente cortese.

Hotel confortevole e pulito con accesso alla piccola spiaggia. Personale accogliente e dispinibile, in particolare Maria in sala e Giuseppe che si occupa dei servizi in spiaggia. Il ristorante è davvero il punto forte della struttura, i prodotti locali sono stati esaltati dalla capacità dello chef. Tutto prodotto nella loro cucina,dalla colazione alla cena. Abbiamo già prenotato per ritornare.

Molto bello il posto con terrazza vista mare, tranquillo per giornate di relax. Ambiente molto pulito. Colazione vista mare stupenda. Il personale di sala professionale e cortese. Complimenti alla direzione e a tutto lo staff. Consigliatissimo.

Penso che la foto "scriva" da sola ... dalla freddezza del maitre di sala alla cameriera che credeva di sfilare, ma era in sala. La frittura non era pulita, infatti sono state portate in tavola con tutte le interiora, prezzo esagerato. Inoltre, resto della frittura era congelato e non dichiarato sul menu tantomeno dal personale. Altra cosa assurda, una donna che forse era la proprietaria, faceva anche la cameriera, addirittura la pasticcera, infatti mentre ci portava i piatti in tavola che a volte ri ritirava , andando al bagno, l ho vista preparare i dolci. Manca proprio l abc della ristorazione. DELUSIONE TOTALE.
