Simply outstanding! It’s quite a way out of Fabriano and the road is pretty rough but don’t be turned off. The hospitality is exceptional. Host Firontina is delightful and makes you feel at home from the moment you come in. Our room was compact but had everything. The dinner was great including the house wine. Breakfast was amazing. And there are the farm animals and the dogs and cat. Exceptional. Firontena sent us to the UNESCO famed paper making factory of the 15th century and the amazing civil gallery. Not to be missed

A lovely place managed by a couple of fantastic people. The building and surroundings are very big. The kids loved all the animals that every day populate the house and the exteriors. The pool was big. The views are astonishing.

Hotel stupendo, immerso nella natura con piscina e tanti animali (struzzi, alpaca, conigli, gatti e cani). Vista magnifica sulle colline di Fabriano, ottimo ristorante tipico e vicino alle Grotte di Frasassi. Spero di tornare d’estate!

Bellissimo panorama, tranquillità, cordialità e disponibilità dei gestori, Mirco e Florentina, che ti fanno sentire accolto come a casa di amici, buon cibo, biscotti e torte fatti in casa a colazione, pulizia impeccabile. Ideale non solo per una vacanza ma anche per un viaggio di lavoro.

Non so da dove iniziare… location a pochi km da Fabriano ma immersa nella natura, nel vero senso della parola, visto che tanti dolci animali girellano per la tenuta. Pulito, ben tenuto, rustico e per il mio gusto perfetto. Cibo ottimo, dai dolci speciali della colazione ai primi… Ma la ciliegina, ed è quello che fa la differenza, sono loro, Mirko e Florentina: li contraddistingue gentilezza e disponibilità. Il mio bimbo continua a ringraziarmi per questo soggiorno così speciale e la promessa di tornarci è d’obbligo. Giorni di pace e bellezza.

Bellissimo resort scoperto per caso. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni esigenza. Camere pulite. Posizione dominante sulla vallata. Peccato non aver potuto sfruttare la piscina perché il tempo non era bello. Abbiamo anche cenato mangiando molto bene. Bello anche per la presenza di molti animali. Che dire?!? Se passeremo da queste parti torneremo sicuramente!

Ho pranzato al ristorante della Castellaia,il posto è veramente bello immenso nella natura a pochi km dalla città di Fabriano.Abbiamo preso ravioli fatti in casa con carciofi e salsiccia e la carne ,tutto ottimo!! Posto tranquillo dove trascorre una vacanza all'insegna del relax e inoltre i proprietari hanno animali fantastici, consigliatissimo!

Poco da scrivere, ma solo da vedere e provare! Una meravigliosa struttura, immersa nel verde, appena alle porte della città, con una veduta da sogno. Servizio perfetto, e gentilezza assoluta. Carino, caldo e accogliente anche l'interno. Complimenti.
