Great stay I had a very nice experience with the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

The blizzard of March 1025 Everything about our stay was colored by the blizzard that occurred on Wednesday. My husband was to report for surgery at 5am Wednesday morning, and while at Bryan East, the power at the hotel went out. Our stay Tuesday night was wonderful. I was in touch with the motel and due to the nature of my husbands surgery, he was to be on bed rest for a number of hours once we returned to the motel, as well as, we were on the 4th floor, and he could not climb stairs after his surgery, with no elevator access. They were wonderful in communicating with me, regarding my concerns and graciously allowed us to move to a 1st floor room, which was exactly what was needed. However, due to no electricity, through no fault of their own, it was a rather chilly night. Extra blankets helped, but with no electricity there was no hot water for showers the next morning, nor complementary breakfast and coffee. We checked with conditions of I 80 and were able to leave Thursday early afternoon to return to Grand Island. I appreciated staffs courteous help, and knowing they were struggling also, knew they were doing all they could to accommodate all guests. Otherwise, the proximity to Bryan was perfect and a short drive in horrible conditions. Thank you so much for all you all did to make our stay as comfortable as possible under unusual conditions. great staff at check in. The manager was great to work with. My wife got sick and we had to leave after the 1st night and they cancelled our second night for free even though we paid for both nights at check in. what great customer service there is still understanding people that love to help people steve and debra b

Family Friendly We had a great overnight stay as a family of four. I really appreciated how family friendly the hotel was. We don’t often hangout in the lobby of a hotel, but this one was a great space to do just that. We brought a couple board games and enjoyed the space together. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great for being free.
