Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was helpful. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Good place to stay for a quick one night stay.

Great Central location with plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was decent. Customer service was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel to a friend in the future.

check in was very slow...attendant was nice....elevator needed cleaned..smelled of smoke and floor needed vacumed....hallway by room smelled of cigerette smoke even tho all rooms were marked NO SMOKING...no pillows or blankets for couch bed...phone did NOT work to call down to desk so had to go down and get them. Pool was warm but not very clean.,
Went to breakfast fairly early....No bisquits, gravy dried up, no pancake batter....went to desk to see if they were going to refill breakfast items....attendant did not appear to understand ENGLISH.....finally found a lady to ask and she said she would find someone to refill items....waited 10 minutes and no one came.....several people came in and left and that is what we did too..
Don't advertise that you provide breakfast if you can't keep it full or have attendants to check on it. Overall, I guess we weren't real happy with your hotel service and probably wouldn't stay again.

This is one of 2 places we stay for our annual Christmas shopping trip so we’ve stayed several times in the past because of the value. The furniture in our room was beaten up and needs replaced, the water pressure in the shower was bad and water wasn’t hot enough for me, but we managed. All in all, this is a good place to stay if you’re not picky about decor as it was clean, just needs some updating. We’ll most likely stay here again since it’s suite type rooms giving extra space to wrap the gifts I buy and the price is decent.

Housekeeping was hit and miss -emptied one trash can, but not the other. Did not vacuum carpet. Coffee maker in the room would have been appreciated

We got stuck due to snow and there price was reasonable for the room ! Roads could have been cleared better to get to the property but other then that nothing was negative about our stay other then being stuck of course

The staff was really good but sometimes hard to understand but the room was clean the bed very comfortable and had a desk and couch. Im definitely gonna recommend it to others.

I have stayed here before without issue but this visit was absolute hell. They had issue with the reservation and wouldnt let me check-in because ******* had not paid them. made no effort to help me resolve the issue. I had to call ******* twice and then they called the hotel twice before the issue was resolved. After about a hour was finally able to get checked in. I get up to my room and they had replaced the wall heater/AC unit and left the old one sitting in the room and had it turned up to 85. I will never stay there again, and will likely use a different booking company than *******.
