Do not stay here if you want to sleep well! Woken up early in the morning by Chinese music playing throughout the building. Called reception to ask them to turn it down, which they did for only 5 minutes. Terrible! Avoid.

First time staying here and it was quite nice. I ordered room service at 1am and the team sent food over very fast (and it tastes really good too! check out the photo below)
Super accessible to the National Museum (around a 10-minute walk). I walked over during the day.

The hotel price is reasonable. I booked this hotel many times whenever I'm in Jakarta for business trip. This hotel is close to the city. Overall I had a pleasant stay.. hotel staffs are superb. My Superior room was clean, neat and comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

The service was excellent, the food was delicious but since the car park was small i need more time to take my car especially when the occupancy was high. My son really enjoyed cooking class activity, kids club & swimming pool. The staff was hospitable and the location was near from city center..
