Strategic location. Convenient location. Near to a shopping mall (less than 5mins walk across)
Down side is when your room is facing the Main Street, it could be kinda noisy at night, especially traffics horn etc.

Location of this hotel is good.
But the room is kind of outdated. Doesn’t have any USB PORT for charging of mobile devices at all in the room.
Also, the water pressure coming out from the shower head is not strong even when I select the option of shower head only and the water coming out from the tap for the bathtub is off.

HK$1k+ at such quality in Indonesia is really disappointing
We have better bigger n newer rooms at this price in Hong Kong
Very aged appliances and furniture
Moreover the room forgot to prepare shampoo and show gel etc. called and waited for hour no respond

Prob the worse 5 star hotel I have stayed in the region
Rooms are so badly maintained and everything is falling apart
Cleanliness is bad - rooms are so dirty
Lastly service is lousy, not in a minute do I feel welcome

The hotel location was great as it was close to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Mall all within walking distance. But acesssibility to the hotel was a bit confusing as there multiple entrances, some of which were closed. The Grab drivers had trouble accessing the hotel. While the hotel amenities were great, the room was a bit too small for my liking and it looked slightly dated. There was no charging USB port and the bathroom was also tiny.
