I stayed at ASHLEY Wahid Hasyim Jakarta on 31st May 2025, checking in at 8:00 PM. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the two gentlemen at the front desk that evening. They were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful, which made my check-in experience smooth and pleasant. I was truly impressed by their service.
During my stay, the hotel kindly assisted me in storing some souvenirs from Palembang in the freezer to ensure they remained frozen and safe for transport back to Malaysia. This thoughtful gesture reflects the hotel’s exceptional level of service and attention to guest needs.
Without a doubt, I will choose to stay at ASHLEY Wahid Hasyim again on my next visit to Jakarta.
However, I would prefer not to be assigned Room 524, as the air-conditioning in that room was not adequately cool during my stay. I reported the issue during check-out, and I trust it may have already been resolved.
Overall, this hotel is truly excellent. My sincere congratulations to all the staff for their dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Your commitment to service is highly commendable.
