Hotels in Thamrin, Jakarta

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet, not too noisy, which made it very relaxing. Here is a photo of the swimming pool. Unfortunately, I couldn’t access the rooftop pool, as I was informed that it is now a private pool. That was a bit disappointing, as I was really looking forward to enjoying the view from the rooftop. Overall, a very nice experience and I would still recommend this hotel for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

This was my second time trying out Bobopod as I had a great experience during my first stay in another city. However, this time was disappointing. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything going on around you. I didn’t get a good night's sleep on the first night and ended up booking another hotel. Nevertheless, the price and location are excellent.

Strategic location, clean, good for those on a budget, friendly service, close to the mall too

Easy access from/to Jakarta airport. hotel itself seems a bit old but thanks to the perfect location, travelling in Jakarta was very easy. stronly recommended.

I chose this hotel due to its popularity as a budget option, and its convenient proximity to the city center. However, I felt uneasy about its location in a neighborhood that didn't seem safe, especially as a female solo traveler, particularly at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the hygiene of the bedsheets and pillowcases left much to be desired. Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes made it difficult to sleep comfortably. In general, if you're seeking affordability and a central location, it's a decent choice. Nevertheless, for female solo travelers, I'd recommend considering a hostel instead.

Have stayed before when it was first opened. This time Stayed for 5 nights and was a little disappointed with its cleanliness. Shower floor probably never been scrubbed and slimy. Found lots of human hairs on the dressing chair, told the management they came to inspect but was not apologetic.

It just a 15 minutes walk to the MRT station. very near with convenience stores. The foods variations for breakfast are plenty to choose from.

Firstly, the info on Trip.com is wrong. I did booked a ”Standard Wing Room” which said ”Has Windows”. When I checked in the room, there's NO Windows!!!. The room is a bit rundown and most of the room are Smoking Rooms too...1st night, I couldn't either shower or brush teeth as the water is super hot!!! They managed to change the room for me BUT the new room is worst with Smoking smell so they gave me the deodorizer spray and I have to leave the door openes till my sleeping time...Came back 2nd night and struggled to stay in the same room... Wake up very early in the morning rushing to the reception, now they managed to upgrade me the room with a tiny charge...My new room is totally different with Windows , more comfort and clean....Stafff are all friendly and helpful...SO don't book Standard Wing Room!!!!

Room is clean, location not bad. Convinient store just beside the hotel and there is a 24hr burger stall in front of hotel. International electric plug is convinient, but no hairdryer provided. No fridge in room. Breakfast limited choice but taste ok
