A truly memorable stay! The resort-Aaroham, offered breathtaking views that made every sunrise and sunset magical. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and serene. What made the stay even more special was the hospitality. The staff were kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about making our visit perfect. From cozy rooms to peaceful surroundings, everything added to the charm of this beautiful hill station🤎⛰️. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a calm, scenic escape with great service. Would definitely love to visit again!

A Luxury Illusion: All Hype, No Substance Aaroham Dalhousie is a total letdown. Parking was chaotic, no one to guide, just roadside confusion. Reception was cold, clueless, and unwelcoming. The room had dirty linen; we had to ask twice to get it changed. Furniture was filthy and dusty. No intercom, had to call staff on personal mobiles for everything. Prebooked dinner was refused at the restaurant and we were compelled to eat in the room, a pathetic experience for a so-called “luxury” stay. Food was cold, tasteless, and felt like recycled leftovers. Towels were stale, bathroom smelled, and housekeeping was nonexistent. Kids area? Bonfire? Sit-out space? Nothing was functional or available. Worst of all, the property was overrun with noisy college students, zero peace, zero privacy. It felt like a hostel, not a resort. Staff lacked basic hospitality sense. Even the Wi-Fi was a joke. This place sells the illusion of luxury but delivers none. Avoid it if you value your time, money, or sanity.

I got the booking done form travel website for this property 12-14 August . The day i got this property booked i started get calls from their staff who called me and asked me to transfer some amount to confirm my booking....When i advised them i don't recognize them and will not make any payment until they send me formal mail through that website they weren't ready to do so.....They kept on pressing me on phone till the one day prior to proposed visit to send them money. and eventually cancelled my booking... I find the behavior of the person calling me threatening , rude and snobbish ...The property should follow ethical practices if they need customers to visit this place. Thankfully i got my booking in ITC fortune

Beautiful place and stay , lovely hospitality .. staff is very accommodative . Initially I was a bit worried to book this place but the experience was the other way. Breakfast and food is mouthwatering and fresh , view from all cabins are stunning .. Only a bit away from city centre but when you have the best view it doesn’t matter ..

Other than view nothing is there in this property. I paid 15500 for 2 nights for a super deluxe room, where bathroom was smelly and despite complaining several times they only used to spray freshner, there was a rat in room for which they could do nothing when we asked how come this is possible they said that the property is amid jungle so insects and rodents are there and will come into the room. We understand that but you can't sleep with a rat under your bed. Staff is not polite and it seems they have no training that how should they deal with guests and above all the breakfast was very basic, one South Indian item, poha and parantha. Property is old and furniture and other facilities are not upto mark for the price they are charging Would not recommend this property to anyone who is looking for cleanliness and good food. Only can book for view but then too many good properties are available with good view and other facilities which are way better than this property.

We stayed there for 3 nights from 7th to 10th June with family and it was a wonderful experience as everything went really well. The stay was comfy and the staff is very courteous. The food preparation and the chef is awesome. The different levels of cottages gave a mesmerising view of mountains and valley. If you are looking for a luxurious cottage stay with mesmerising views of the valley and lush green deodar forest then, aaroham is the place. After a lot of research we could zero down on aaroham as it is the only hotel which has independent cottages. We’re happy to share that our decision was right and we highly recommend aaroham.

We had booked aaroham by aamod considering the reputation it carries to celebrate our new year 2022 Eve over there The package consisted of few games to entertain the guests which never took place The kids were given a chart to prepare at the very last minute and when asked what will now happen with the chart (as in would there be any games or so) we were told that yes please wait there will be few activities, which never took place It was just a plain DJ which could have happened anywhere In top of that the staff started celebrating the function topping the drinks which seemed a little weird Seeing this almost all of the families left the venue as it was becoming uncomfortable There was no supervision No management Promises weren't met The electric blanket placed in the room didn't work When complained the staff ,who probably were locally employed youth and who weren't even properly trained, wasn't even ready to accept the non working of the electric blanket We tried to convince them that it isn't actually working And after much convincing the staff agreed to visit the room and have a look at the blanket Surprisingly the visit never took place We were so disappointed and just slept without the electric blanket in cold conditions Next day we called up Ms Swati, who made our bookings and explained to her our plight not for any discount but just for a feed back and expected a courtesy call from her end that the hotel management is apologetic for ruining our experience But just as the hotel staff ,Ms Swati also turned out to be non dependable and we till date haven't received any courtesy call from any manager or anyone in the management So this is the short description of our stay I've even mailed the complain at the aamod resorts portal and as expected haven't received any response till now Which has forced me to express my views here publicly With regards An unhappy guest (not a customer)
