Amazing hotel, interior design is very neat and the service is great. Is a bit far from Aranya town but they have shuttle buses all the time going there. I would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality.
Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t!
In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!

We had a very wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was spacious, loved the bath and the bed was so comfortable and HUGE. The swimming pool is also very kid-friendly. We really enjoyed exploring Anaya town using the buggy service. Will definitely return.

Bad service and one of the staff stole my AirPods. The hotel itself is nice but not 5 star — 4 star maybe. No gym. Breakfast was good.

This is my second time staying here. The service is superb. Especially Manager Cheng, who really takes care of and serves me very well. I give him a thumbs up. The environment is super good and the hygiene is good. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus for pick-up. Next time I come to Aranya, I will still choose Yinlu Hotel.

This 24-hour online butler service made people feel at ease. Whether it was consulting about nearby food or transportation suggestions, his replies were always seconds and full of enthusiasm. His friendly and easy-going communication style made the foreign travel feel like a friend. The carefully prepared bedding in the guest room was moderately soft and hard, and even my picky cervical spine was fully relaxed. The herbal bag of the foot bath bucket and the room aromatherapy cured the fatigue of daily running. This attitude of maximizing customer experience made us truly feel the weight of the four words "feel at home". Yinlu will definitely be the first choice for the next trip!
