"1. The room was swarming with flies (at least 5, plus several other types of insects; we were on the third floor). After notifying the front desk, they sent a young person (likely a student worker, no more than 20 years old) to swat the flies. This person didn't know how to swat them; they just chased them around. After swatting two (without explaining where they were killed, offering to change the bedding, or even cleaning up—a complete *****), there were still flies in the room. I asked them to leave the fly swatter, and my wife and I spent over an hour swatting insects (the largest beetle is shown in picture one). When I first called, the front desk told me I could use an electric mosquito repellent! 2. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted. It ignored the set temperature; I set it to 30 degrees Celsius, but it remained at 18 degrees all night. The front desk sent someone to explain that it was a natural draft air conditioner and the temperature would rise if I waited. I said I had waited for two hours and it was getting colder. He said it was installed by the manufacturer and he didn't know anything about it (he also looked like a young student). Does he not know anything about it and expect me to learn?! 3. The shower room design was terrible. Not only was there nowhere to put clothes, but I was also expected to go in naked and come out naked with the air conditioning on at 18 degrees Celsius? There wasn't even a place to put towels; I had to go under the sink to get one? How infuriating! Water kept splashing out of the shower room (even though the door was tightly closed), leaving water everywhere (Picture 2 shows the remaining water on the floor, a meter away from the shower room door, which my child tripped and fell over). 4. Poor fire safety awareness. Fire extinguishers were placed on the highest cabinet (I regret not taking a picture). I'm 1.9 meters tall and could only reach them; I was so angry I almost called the fire department. 5. Again, it's the service staff's fault. Why do I keep complaining about them? They had the receptionist set up the sofa (who came with the girl swatting flies), and that was it. The coffee table and another small chair had nothing to do with the sofa; they didn't care if they were blocking the way or making a mess. They just made the sofa and left, leaving me to move the coffee table and chair myself. 6. 3400/night? Am I here to be a subservient servant, to train the hotel staff?"

Overall, it was good, perfect for a two-day trip. The package also included a photoshoot service from Mussen. It was super windy, so we only managed a few quick shots, but they turned out great!"

"Our family of four went to Yudao Island for a trip and booked the Yudao Resort Hotel for convenience. We chose the hotel's luxurious loft room (for our two kids), which was very spacious and we were very satisfied! The room was clean. Initially, there was a smell coming from the bathroom drain, but after we spoke to the front desk, it was resolved immediately. The service staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful – thumbs up! 👍🏻 The hotel had a small swimming pool downstairs; the water was very clean and convenient! Mini-train shuttle: The mini-train was very convenient, and the staff were very friendly. Yudao Hot Spring Tickets: We went early in the afternoon to play more and then had the buffet on the second floor! The buffet was great! 👍🏻 Yudao Scenic Area Tickets: Personally, I think that since we paid a lot of money to stay at a resort hotel, there should be a VIP access to the attractions within the scenic area; otherwise, it's pointless!"

"Our experience this trip left us feeling that the staff were generally indifferent. The Fisher Island park itself is huge, with a beach and a pretty good seaside hot spring. The hotel, however, is a bit hard to review. We initially chose the hot spring hotel, but since breakfast there ended at 9:30 AM and our child wouldn't wake up in time, we switched to Senze Yuan. After check-in, the concierge helped with luggage, but mostly just watched customers struggle without offering much assistance or communication. We ended up managing ourselves. The toilet in our room was also clogged and took a long time to fix. The floor was dirty, and there was a gap around the tatami table full of grime. We even found used toothpicks on the tatami bed. The bathroom was tiny and not a wet/dry separation. The shuttle bus was convenient to book by phone, though sometimes we had to wait 15-20 minutes. Breakfast was decent, and it's close to the beach. However, at a price of 2500, the value for money is extremely low. The cleanliness is a major concern, making it unsuitable for traveling with children."

"This was my first time celebrating my birthday in Aranya, and I chose what's considered the best hotel here. It truly lives up to its reputation and is worth every penny, immediately setting the bar high for future trips! We had a wonderful and delightful three-day, two-night stay. If I ever come back, I'll definitely choose this place again! **Environment:** Extremely comfortable, a quiet haven amidst the bustle. A small gate leads directly to the beach in just a three-minute walk. Non-guests aren't allowed in, and the soundproofing is excellent, offering maximum privacy. There was no noise at night, ensuring a very high quality of sleep. Relaxing by the pool was incredibly pleasant. **Hygiene:** Excellent. Supplies were replenished promptly, and the room was tidied. Turn-down service was provided at appropriate times. No insects, and the dehumidification worked very quickly. **Facilities:** Upscale and modern, ergonomically designed. The in-room bar offered a wide variety of drinks, including beer, soda, cola, and water. Umbrellas were provided at the room entrance and were of high quality; during a strong gust of wind, other umbrellas failed, but the hotel's umbrella held up perfectly. **Service:** The front desk communicated with us in advance to confirm our arrival time and high-speed train schedule. A professional partner car service picked us up; although we booked a comfortable car for two, a business car arrived, and the driver was very patient – incredible value for money! There's a WeChat group where all requests were quickly responded to and resolved. The service was thoughtful, attentive, and respectful of boundaries. A big thank you to General Manager Rosalie Luo, Front Office Manager Li Bin, Restaurant Manager Peter, and Private Service Managers KIKI, Levi, Kelly & Leo for helping us book restaurants, handling purchases and pick-ups, and recommending delicious food in advance. Upon arrival, we were offered afternoon tea and a guided tour of the park. When it hailed on Sunday, they immediately offered to bring us an umbrella. Transfers to any location in Phases 1-9 were always prompt. Since it was my birthday, they thoughtfully decorated the room and surprised me with a small cake, which was delicious! 😋"

"The hotel is located near the fourth canteen, making dining very convenient. I visit Anaya once or twice a year, and this was my first time staying at this hotel. I wasn't sure if it was newly opened, but it truly gave me many unexpected surprises! The hotel entrance isn't very large. The guest rooms start on the second floor and are very quiet. The rooms are very clean and furnished, with a tatami area offering views of the lush greenery outside the window. The hotel service is also incredibly thoughtful. I came with my parents, and even though it's peak season, the concierge, Xiao Xin, kindly extended my check-out time to 2 PM so that my parents could rest a little longer at noon. It was truly heartwarming! 🥰"

"Extremely satisfied with our trip! We had an early flight, and after arriving at the hotel, the front desk was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for us. The room was clean and tidy. It was so peaceful and comfortable to sit on the balcony, zone out, and watch the sea. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious; we ate it for three days straight and never got tired of it. The steamed buns were wonderfully chewy, the corn was sweet and tender, and the millet porridge was thick and comforting. The dinner set meals were also great value and tasty. The kids' activity area was huge, with lots of outdoor options. You can walk straight from the hotel to the beach, which made looking after the kids incredibly easy. We'll definitely be back!"

"After staying at Indigo last time, I decided to try the apartments this time. Overall, it was a great experience; the kids were happy, and the elders were satisfied. The apartment's location is very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and outdoor children's facilities. Even staying in building 17, which is the furthest, it doesn't feel far at all, as everything is within walking distance. In terms of convenience, it's better than a hotel. The apartment rooms are clean and tidy, with all amenities provided, offering a living experience on par with a hotel. The room layout is well-designed; the three-bedroom suite with three bedrooms and two bathrooms was more than enough space for four adults and one child. The butler service was excellent, and they even helped mail back an item we left behind. We will definitely come again."

The toiletries were all brand-name, which I really appreciated."
