Our butler, Freesia, provided attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The hotel itself is serene and quiet, with stunning, unobstructed ocean views right from our window, creating an incredible ambiance. The hotel has direct access to the beach, so you can step right onto the sand for a walk. The hotel's family-friendly amenities are excellent, with a wide range of children's play facilities. They also offer a variety of free children's craft classes, keeping the kids entertained all day long without parents needing to plan anything. The resort's shuttle service makes getting around between different spots very convenient, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. The only minor drawback was the limited dining options. I'd suggest adding more specialty restaurants, but everything else was impeccable. It's truly ideal for a family vacation.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although there was a little episode at the beginning, it was successfully resolved in the end. Special praise to my housekeeper Zhou Shuang, timely communication, timely problem solving, reasonable needs can be met. Let's talk about the room first, you can see the deer and alpaca directly from the room, and you can also go directly to the beach from the back door. There are many places to play in the entire fishing island, because it is very large, and the trip depends on the hotel's free shuttle bus, but it is on call. Besides breakfast, 68 people can be said to be worth the price. Other places to eat can be said to be the normal price of the scenic spot, not black. If you don't want to go out, you can also order a takeaway to the door of the room. Overall it is recommended

I absolutely have to give a shout-out to the Giraffe Hotel at Yutian Qilihai! This time, booking the Deluxe King Room was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and clean, with incredible attention to detail. The biggest surprise was the in-room ice bar with complimentary drinks – my kids were over the moon! They even thoughtfully provided a generous goodie bag from Oishi; seeing the snacks as soon as we entered the room brought immediate joy to my children. This kind of thoughtful touch really wins you over. I especially want to praise the butler service! From pre-check-in to check-out, responses were incredibly prompt. They helped with luggage, planned routes, and answered all our questions, making sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. It truly felt like they anticipated our every need and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was also quite unique. Eating in the Giraffe Restaurant while watching the animals was a fantastic experience. The ingredients were fresh, and the variety was extensive, leaving both adults and children very satisfied. The location right within the Qilihai Resort is perfect for families with kids, making it completely stress-free. All in all, it was a perfect family vacation experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting! I'll definitely be back for a second stay!
