" (Super close to the scenic spot) I highly recommend this homestay. The boss and his family are very good. It is only a minute's walk from Qilihai Resort. It is too late to play. The boss also went to the entrance of the scenic spot to pick it up. It was super warm. (Accommodation environment is great) The accommodation is clean and tidy, the room facilities are everything, and there is a swimming pool in the yard! ! ! The boss sister is really good, the breakfast is delicious, stupid eggs, the rice grown by yourself, are all original ecology! ! ! Customers have any requirements and problems to help solve, like family members. (The room price is cost-effective) This time I set a parent-child tatami triple room. The boss directly upgraded the better room for free. The room price is only one-tenth of the scenic spot, and the price is high. This time I am in a hurry, I didn't stay enough, I will come next time."

GGuest UserThe location is amazing! Just open the door to the balcony, facing the beach and the sea. Watching the waves in the morning and feeling the sea breeze in the evening creates a fantastic atmosphere. The view of that red building is incredibly photogenic!
The room is impeccable in its details. The modern minimalist decor is very stylish. The TV can even play variety shows, the sofa chairs are comfortable and photogenic, and the curtains and storage cabinets are thoughtfully designed. It's so clean and tidy, it doesn't feel like a guesthouse; it feels like home.
The overall experience is fantastic! Excellent soundproofing and great natural light. It's quiet and peaceful at night. The small table and chairs on the balcony are perfect for relaxing with a drink or a chat. Even the greenery and small decorative items show attention to detail.
The host is super nice and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were very convenient.

The customer service agent went out of their way to help us pick a room in Building 6, which was right by the sea. We literally stepped out and were at the beach! Plus, there's a lively creative market street downstairs. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. It was a truly pleasant trip.

GGuest User23年來阿那亞住在這裏就感覺很好，這次和兩閨蜜領着孩子我們三家六口人又一起選擇住在這裏了！首先房間很乾凈，住着非常舒適。房間格局設計的很合理，家用電器及日常用品一應俱全，和家裡一樣，能洗衣服兩個陽台都可以晾曬，能做簡單的飯菜煮粥煮雞蛋麪條什麼的，我們的早餐都完美的解決了，陽台可以望海，正好看到教堂，風景超美，小區樓下有泳池孩子玩的很開心，下樓就是社區的中心區域。園區巴士線路在這裏彙集，去哪都方便，離海邊步行六七分鐘的距離，每次都有呆不夠的感覺！房東人很熱情，因為是第二次入住還給我們買了水果禮盒，真的感覺有種家的温暖！以後每次來都會選擇住這裏，真心評價，我們的實拍視頻！強烈推薦！

GGuest UserI stayed in a hotel the day before, and wanted to experience the B&B in Aranya the next day. However, since it was a last-minute decision, the rooms were tight and there were not many choices. However, I unexpectedly booked a B&B with a very high cost-effectiveness. I brought my parents here, and four adults stayed in two large beds. It was really a good deal!
Navigate to the West Gate 2 of Aranya and turn left to see the First B&B Center. Check-in is done here and then a one-to-one housekeeper will lead you to the room. It is really considerate~ The housekeeper will contact and report the license plate number in advance, so the car can drive in. The housekeeper is online 24 hours a day and can find someone at any time. Call him directly if you have any questions. It is very considerate~
The B&B is located on the seaside of Phase 6, very close to the sea, the canteen and the check-in point. The location is very convenient. The house is in the original wood wabi-sabi style with two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom, and a balcony with a view. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/washing machine/TV. The cost-effectiveness is really high! The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, and there is also a capsule coffee machine. The landlord also gave a thoughtful gift upon check-in, and you can store your luggage after check-out to visit the park. Compared with the standardized services of hotels, homestays are not only more cost-effective, but also can bring a sense of warmth of a temporary home. I will definitely book this one when I come for the summer!

The view from the window was of greenery and a gentle breeze, a tranquil and beautiful environment perfect for relaxation. The owner was warm, attentive, and responsive, providing many helpful local travel tips. The beach is within walking distance, making morning walks and watching the sunrise particularly pleasant. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations and is ideal for a vacation or short stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The room was bright, clean, and tidy! It's not easy to get approval from someone as fastidious as me, as traveling with children makes me very picky, but this homestay experience was praised by the whole family. The location is excellent, close to the beach, convenient for taking the kids to play, a 3-minute walk to the Sixth Canteen, and not near a commercial street, which is so important that the elderly and children can sleep peacefully at night! There aren't many buildings in Phase 6 with underground parking, and we were lucky to choose one with direct elevator access to the basement, which is much less uncomfortable in the summer heat and makes it easier to move things. We also unexpectedly discovered it's next to a charging station! The homestay is well-equipped, with Schwarzkopf toiletries, disposable toothbrushes, and even Cetaphil facial cleanser and Mustela children's products. Before we arrived, the host sent us recommendations for good food and fun activities, reminding us to book online in advance, so we were able to eat at a popular restaurant without waiting. We are also grateful for the host's patient answers to all our questions; these little moments of happiness made this a perfect trip!

The proprietress is very, very enthusiastic, responsive, the chef's meal is very delicious, it is the first time to eat live sea bass, very amazing! Ten yuan of scrambled eggs with large onion is enough to a large plate, the amount of dishes is shocked 😱, there are so many pippi shrimp in the seafood noodles! The key is very cheap! 88 polybaoyu, cheaper than our vegetable market! Breakfast is ten yuan per person, the child is free, ten yuan can not be eaten at all, a large pot of porridge under my repeated request finally changed a small bowl, can not eat at all! Packed and taken away lunch! Going out is the port, walking for ten minutes is the beach, the children are very happy! Come back next time!

IibarcaThe service was shockingly bad and didn't meet Aranya's usual standards. The water heater was broken on the first day, and nobody bothered to check it beforehand. When they came to fix it on the second day, I asked the engineer to wait downstairs for a bit as my wife and child were sleeping, but he completely ignored me and went straight up to repair it, disturbing my family's rest. Later, we were even charged extra for face towels and toiletries, with no offer of compensation. Speechless, really.
