The best place I have ever stayed in Anaya Phase 6 B&B. 4 adults live. The room is big enough and comfortable. The air conditioner is very powerful. The refrigerator can also put food. The smart toilet is easy to use. The surrounding area is quiet and comfortable to sleep. There are many good trips in the park. The canteen is well eaten, the price is close to the people, and the tricks are rich. The receptionists and other employees are of high quality, and the experience is very good in short. 👍

I initially thought the service level of guesthouses in Anaya would be quite high, but this one was really just average. After placing the order, the receptionist added me on WeChat and started pushing different rooms. We booked one, and they told us it was far from the beach, but we could pay extra to get a closer one…😪 First of all, it seems like this guesthouse is also a staff dormitory, besides providing accommodation for guests? There were clothes in the wardrobe, the wardrobe was locked, and there was a sign saying ”Personal belongings not allowed.” It felt really strange. Even if it's a guesthouse, it sells the right to use the property for a single day or several days; what's the point of leaving personal belongings there… More importantly, the overall experience felt a bit awkward. There were no spare blankets in the room. When we asked the manager, they said, ”We don't have any either…”🤣 There were only two bottles of mineral water in the room, and when we asked for more, the manager charged 2.5 yuan per bottle… I stayed in a room that cost nearly 1000 yuan a night, and they charged extra for mineral water…

The location is amazing! Just open the door to the balcony, facing the beach and the sea. Watching the waves in the morning and feeling the sea breeze in the evening creates a fantastic atmosphere. The view of that red building is incredibly photogenic! The room is impeccable in its details. The modern minimalist decor is very stylish. The TV can even play variety shows, the sofa chairs are comfortable and photogenic, and the curtains and storage cabinets are thoughtfully designed. It's so clean and tidy, it doesn't feel like a guesthouse; it feels like home. The overall experience is fantastic! Excellent soundproofing and great natural light. It's quiet and peaceful at night. The small table and chairs on the balcony are perfect for relaxing with a drink or a chat. Even the greenery and small decorative items show attention to detail. The host is super nice and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were very convenient.

特別滿意的一次行程！一個評論有點長，要從兩個方面説起🤭 首先，原本我們的出遊計劃並沒有鎖定阿那亞，第一段行程是去的漁田七裏海，在玩了一天後因為那邊煙花臨時取消了，我們就想在阿爾卡迪亞發發呆就好了，萬萬沒想到當時我們當時定的酒店因為沒房取消了，攜程3分鐘不到就打來電話説幫我協調換房，最後幫我訂到了這裏，算是第一個驚喜！ 接着，我們成功入住後，真的沒有讓我失望！民宿和業主以及管家都第一時間聯繫到我，幫我做好了車輛登記，並且除了酒店應有的配套以外，業主還額外提供了一箱水和一箱葡萄，在我進門的一瞬間情緒價值已經拉滿了！ 房間整理的很乾凈，在海邊的民宿，可以做到沒有沙子已經很滿意了，還能這麼乾淨真的很不錯，生活設施上準備的也很齊全，業主提供的水果我還擔心沒有器具洗，結果拉開櫥櫃，嶄新的餐具一應俱全，甚至儲物間還準備了孩子們可以在水邊玩的玩具水槍浮板等～因為是帶孩子來的，特別驚喜的是，次卧和客廳都準備了孩子的玩具，所以在我收拾東西的時候孩子一點沒鬧，自己玩兒的特別好也沒有喊累，電視也有vip很多電影都能看，洗漱用品也是品牌的，用着很放心，我都沒有開自己的箱子拿出來用，很良心～ 位置：個人感覺如果不是非要去南岸的網紅打卡點，九期的環境真的更好，人少，代步班車更多更快，孩子玩兒的地方也比較多且方便，我們坐穿梭巴士去南岸轉了一圈，孩子更喜歡在北岸玩兒大人也不累～ 總體感覺都很滿分，下次來還會選這裏～

The room was absolutely satisfying – clean, tidy, and decorated with an artistic, stylish flair. The customer service agent went out of their way to help us pick a room in Building 6, which was right by the sea. We literally stepped out and were at the beach! Plus, there's a lively creative market street downstairs. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. It was a truly pleasant trip.

IKEA Anaya really exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, walking distance to the Anaya Auditorium, the Lonely Library, and the beach is super convenient. The room is simple IKEA style, the whole house IKEA furniture texture is online, clean and bright, and the giant screen viewing experience is superb. Full hygiene, soft bedding, separate bathroom dry and wet, and intimate details. The landlord is enthusiastic in service, the response is super fast, and the whole stay is worry-free. The price is full, the first choice for friends/family travel, next time you come to Anaya, you will still live here!

23年來阿那亞住在這裏就感覺很好，這次和兩閨蜜領着孩子我們三家六口人又一起選擇住在這裏了！首先房間很乾凈，住着非常舒適。房間格局設計的很合理，家用電器及日常用品一應俱全，和家裡一樣，能洗衣服兩個陽台都可以晾曬，能做簡單的飯菜煮粥煮雞蛋麪條什麼的，我們的早餐都完美的解決了，陽台可以望海，正好看到教堂，風景超美，小區樓下有泳池孩子玩的很開心，下樓就是社區的中心區域。園區巴士線路在這裏彙集，去哪都方便，離海邊步行六七分鐘的距離，每次都有呆不夠的感覺！房東人很熱情，因為是第二次入住還給我們買了水果禮盒，真的感覺有種家的温暖！以後每次來都會選擇住這裏，真心評價，我們的實拍視頻！強烈推薦！

The service was shockingly bad and didn't meet Aranya's usual standards. The water heater was broken on the first day, and nobody bothered to check it beforehand. When they came to fix it on the second day, I asked the engineer to wait downstairs for a bit as my wife and child were sleeping, but he completely ignored me and went straight up to repair it, disturbing my family's rest. Later, we were even charged extra for face towels and toiletries, with no offer of compensation. Speechless, really.

The hotel environment is a very traditional hotel, the big room has no style, it is definitely incomparable with Anaya, but the price is very cheap, this time I randomly went out and randomly selected the farmhouse room, it was really unexpected, the hardware facilities were quite satisfactory, but! but! The proprietress is very, very enthusiastic, responsive, the chef's meal is very delicious, it is the first time to eat live sea bass, very amazing! Ten yuan of scrambled eggs with large onion is enough to a large plate, the amount of dishes is shocked 😱, there are so many pippi shrimp in the seafood noodles! The key is very cheap! 88 polybaoyu, cheaper than our vegetable market! Breakfast is ten yuan per person, the child is free, ten yuan can not be eaten at all, a large pot of porridge under my repeated request finally changed a small bowl, can not eat at all! Packed and taken away lunch! Going out is the port, walking for ten minutes is the beach, the children are very happy! Come back next time!
