地理位置很好，周圍東西較為集成，個人感覺比先建成的阿那亞南區有趣，但離海比較遠。
環境很好很好啊，非常喜歡這類裝修風格。
服務也很好，行程原因來得比較早，給提前入住了房間。

保潔把擦桌子的藍色毛巾和馬桶刷混放，二次污染，**！也是房務經理的重大失職！！
要求嚴肅處理房務經理！
房務經理不在一線工作，也不知道在一線抽查麼？
前台態度很好、很幫忙，卻還要因為房務部的失職而陪笑臉，很不公平。以後麻煩讓房務經理自己出來道歉，自己出來重新打掃，別老壓迫無辜人士。
希望阿那亞能真正處理這類問題，因為諾岸酒店也是如此、住了四個酒店，50%衞生不合格。
PS：還住了eoso和闌汐，都很好，沒有發現衞生問題。

設施：設計感十足，也是衝著裝修軟裝來的，始於顏值，終於服務！
衞生：整體都是乾淨，明亮，舒服的色調，衞生也很到位，無死角。
服務：最值得誇讚的就是服務啦，從入住之前就是很貼心的介紹，我們打車來，提前可以告訴管家車牌號，直接送到酒店門口。還給換了更明亮的房間。酒店小姐姐 美玲，人如其名，人美心善哈哈，而且對我們也是有問必答！酒店有含早餐和送咖啡劵，房間也是提供飲料，酒水，小食品……整體的體驗值拉滿！不虧是卷宗，細節滿滿！非常推薦哦～

總體來説是非常值得來體驗的酒店，來了還想再來。但細節還可以提升。
入住禮物很多很貼心：護膚品（面膜洗面奶精華小樣等）、Godiva歡迎巧克力、兩張咖啡券，免費的mini bar，早餐也升級為了兩種選擇-春台的雲南米線或a—z的西式Brunch。
酒店設施的美學品味不用説了，可以隨手出大片，但在使用舒適度上會有一些弱點，比如洗手池太小，沒有地方放化粧品，衞生間光線比較暗也沒有化粧鏡，對於女生來講化粧不是很方便。
酒店前台和客房阿姨的服務態度都很好，會主動幫忙拿行李。但希望酒店可以提前一些聯繫客人告知入園和停車事項，不要等到當天再聯繫，之前打電話給酒店還常常無法接通。並且希望可以預留一部分酒店專屬停車位，不然需要停的很遠，拖着行李到酒店電梯。
最後強烈建議酒店可以安排到園區西門及海灘的接駁車～

阿那亞北岸的酒店，用心之作，馥馬爾洗護、在春台的早餐、中秋糕點禮盒、三式護膚套裝、友誼灣專享冰淇淋、意式咖啡、神話主題圖書、mini bar…總有種住酒店附送老闆的好客之感，喜歡北歐風格喜歡小眾精緻的朋友可以住這裏。

設施：很新，大堂經常有各種展覽。九月份SPA不開，沒有自己的餐廳，早餐在斜對面春台雲南菜吃。房間數量應該不多，衹有一部客梯，非常迷你的文藝小清新
衞生：打掃的挺乾淨，但🚽有點點容易堵
環境：非常有藝術特點，充滿文藝氣息。
服務：沒有酒店自己的接駁車，目前是在北期唯一的酒店，有一點點交通不便，更適合自駕
因為是中秋，酒店除了套餐贈送的護膚品以外還送了蛋黃酥，很謝謝☺️

酒店在另外一區，去主園區有大巴接駁，還蠻方便。房間很大，贈品很多，早餐在邊上商業廣場裏的雲南小館裏，有粥和米線2種套餐可選。每天還有拿鐵2杯贈送，很nice！
