Excellent stay. Inside the Shunan Bamboo Sea Forest. Very zen in design & service to every detail. Good for a quiet & relaxing stay to recharge your mind & senses. Can be very mystic in Autumn with its dense mist in the morning & evening. Most of the sights are within easy reach. It's a relatively new hotel and it's well kept & clean.

酒店非常棒，環境衞生很好，服務也很熱情。管家雲靈服務非常到位，從下車接行李到送入房間都非常温馨。酒店很有禪意，讓人感覺很放鬆。而且還有泳池，孩子非常喜歡！文創產品也不錯，走的時候帶了幾樣送朋友！

很少主動點評，但這家真的性價比太低了，這個錢在市區住五星級都綽綽有餘了，在景區住個民宿也認了，關鍵是服務管理很跟不上，更談不上民宿該有的人性化服務。辦入住前台管理混亂，完全不問入住需求直接給亂安排房間，入住後也沒有任何服務可言，然後整個硬件外面看着是不錯的，但房間裏面的設計就很不人性化，連個掛毛巾的地方都沒有，實際居住感受很不好，反正不會再去了。

一次絕美的旅行，酒店的位置絕佳，它位於蜀南竹海中間，被大自然的美景所環繞。本次入住的云然雙床房，酒店窗外的景色如同一幅畫作。也是避暑的絕佳場所，晚間温度23度左右，完全不需要開空調也能睡個好覺。酒店工作人員也很熱情的介紹附近旅遊攻略，告訴我們旅遊路線，是一次十分滿意的出行

房間很大很乾凈，服務人員很熱心，提前打電話確認入住，發送竹海遊玩路線，回覆速度非常快。滿分打給酒店服務人員！最低分打給酒店廚房的早餐，這麼多年住酒店，第一次遇到早餐提供月餅！？幾十塊的早餐費就這麼糊弄？煮麪的師傅態度很不耐煩，後面來的人竟然先拿到餐，結果妹兒住客嫌麪太少還是菜太少轉手就把麪給我（也是遇到極品了），師傅問我麪還要不要？不好意思，請問一下我是來收垃圾的嗎？竹海還會來，但是這個酒店是不會再來住了！

一家開在景區但服務和環境令人感到意外驚喜的酒店。新、乾淨，是我對這家酒店的第一印象，目前這個季節有點冷，酒店的空調很好，房間很快就暖和起來，洗澡水温度剛好，不會冷熱不均，客房服務非常貼心，會針對問題及時解決和給到合理解決方案，對於用户的需求也會提供定製化的服務。（我説我想吃紅薯，酒店前台小姐姐特意幫我留了自助早餐的紅薯）
