"A friend was visiting from out of town, and I specifically booked a Home Inn near my home for them. I contacted the hotel front desk in advance, and they helped arrange a quiet room. My friend said the room was large, spacious, and very clean. After asking about the price, they were very surprised to find such a good hotel for such a price—it was excellent value for money. The front desk had free coffee and an ice maker with ice, and there was also a laundry room for washing and drying clothes. They were very attentive, providing paper towels and water. They even gave us a keychain and a brooch when we checked out—very thoughtful! I was extremely satisfied and will definitely stay at this hotel again if any friends come to visit."

"The front desk room service is very good, the environment is good, and the old hotel is in a scenic area, so you don't have too high expectations. However, the breakfast is really unbearable. The hotel has more than 200 rooms, and the breakfast equipment and holiday manpower are seriously insufficient. It does not have the operational capabilities of a five-star hotel. When I went to the restaurant at 9 o'clock, there was nothing, not even tableware. A lot of people lined up to cook noodles and fried eggs. Knowing that there would be many people on holidays, wouldn't they fry more eggs in advance? More stir-fry vegetables? More tableware? The family only ate a few corns and stayed for two nights. The next morning, they decisively went out to find food! This level of operation and hardware is at most four stars!"

"This place is perfect for a family getaway to relax and unwind. The service was truly exceptional, and the restaurant exceeded my expectations. From noodles and rice cakes to stir-fries, everything was delicious. The bamboo feast was amazing; I'm still thinking about it even after I got home. The room itself wasn't particularly satisfying. The price was a bit inflated, and the apple water in the minibar was almost a week past its expiration date—I only noticed after taking a couple of sips. The second-floor windows and skylight provided very poor light blocking. Even with all the room lights off, the entire second floor was still brightly lit, despite contacting staff who resolved the issue quickly. Turning off the lights only slightly improved the situation. However, the service during my stay was consistently excellent."

You can see the bamboo sea and cloud sea right from your balcony, feeling like you're living in a fairyland. Every photo you take looks like it's from a magazine. 🛏 Room Environment: The decor is very tasteful, with an all-bamboo and wood design that feels both rustic and modern. The room was super clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I had a rare good night's sleep amidst the bamboo forest. 🍽 Dining: I highly recommend their home-style dishes! The bamboo fungus feast was incredibly delicious, the ingredients were very fresh, and the chef's skills were outstanding. It tasted much better than restaurants outside, and the prices were fair. 👩🍳 Service: This is what I want to praise the most! The owner and staff were all super enthusiastic. They helped with luggage, patiently explained the sightseeing routes, and made us feel as warm as if we were visiting relatives 🥳🥳 Definitely a must-revisit!"

"The hygiene was not good; there were bloodstains on both sheets. After calling the front desk, a cleaning lady came and changed the sheets and sheets immediately. The hotel environment was nice, but the soundproofing in the rooms was poor. The front desk informed us that the standard rooms were all facing the street, and the noise from passing cars at night was quite loud, waking me up several times and preventing me from getting a good rest. The hotel's "Xiaodu" smart device was a good feature."

"We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, aged 16 and 4. The hotel is small, very cosy, and surrounded by a beautiful bamboo forest. The nature around it is stunning, with fresh air and a wonderful sense of peace and quiet. It is the kind of place where you really feel at one with nature. There are many different natural attractions nearby, as well as walking trails. In the mornings we went running through the forest, during the day we explored the surrounding area, and in the evenings we enjoyed swimming in the pool. The hotel itself is very cosy, the rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, excellent bed linen, good curtains and air conditioning allowed everyone to sleep incredibly well, almost like when we were children. The hotel has a beautiful warm swimming pool, which is carefully looked after by the staff every day. The water also appears to be continuously refreshed. A good breakfast was included in the room rate. There were eggs, porridge, noodles, oat or coconut milk, and several other dishes. It was more than enough for us, and everything was excellent. We also had dinner at the hotel. On the first evening we ordered far too much because the portions are very generous, especially the soup. Even though the staff warned us that it would be too much food for us, we only removed one dish from our order! Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed it, especially the shredded pork with bamboo shoots and the huge portion of assorted mushrooms from the local bamboo forest. The food at the hotel is very well prepared. Many thanks to the young woman who looked after us during our meals, and to everyone who cooked for us! By the way, after they found out that I love dumplings, they twice brought me additional portions as a complimentary treat. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. They are a major part of what makes this hotel a place you genuinely want to return to again and again. Thank you very much from Sergey, Natalia, Maria and Anastasia from Kazakhstan!"

"The hotel's layout is somewhat open, suitable for relaxation and leisure. The overall environment is new, the rooms have no unpleasant odors, and the mosquito situation is better than expected. The staff's service attitude is also quite good. However, some details could be improved. There was glue on the toilet in my room, probably left by the previous guest who used a toilet seat cover. Second, there was a wooden board under the mattress, which should have been replaced with a tatami mat. The room layout is already quite cramped, and I kicked my foot twice, which hurt terribly. Third, my room was near the elevator, and the elevator shaft was right behind my bed. The elevator was extremely loud at night, and I could hear it clearly. Also, I couldn't make calls from the room phone; I had to call the front desk from my mobile phone every time. Overall, I feel it needs improvement, but it's still much better than a dirty and basic guesthouse."
