"I stayed at this newly opened hotel for four days during the National Day holiday. Facilities: Since it's new, everything was okay. However!! The elevator was terrible; you had to wait a very long time to get on in the morning. If there was a banquet at the restaurant downstairs, you just had to wait. Cleanliness: One night when I returned, I found my room hadn't been cleaned, and there wasn't even any replenished bottled water. This was the first time I'd encountered this situation in so many hotels. I called the front desk, and they coldly replied, "Oh, maybe we were busy and forgot," without a single word of apology. After waiting for almost half an hour, someone came, did a quick clean of the bathroom, and said, "Anyway, you're going to sleep soon, so I won't make the bed." Even if the bed didn't need to be made, shouldn't the guests have asked? From the front desk to the housekeeping, is this how your service industry is? 👎👎👎 The service was extremely inadequate. The breakfast was very bland. I'm not particularly picky about food, but this breakfast was really disappointing. I ended up eating noodles outside. The soundproofing was terrible. I needed to wear earplugs to sleep so I wouldn't be woken up by the sound of doors closing early in the morning. Anyway, I'll never come back to Changning."

It's a hotel with a very Home Inn-like feel, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Changning again."

The lady owner will drive out to pick us up to her hotel and she helps to buy discounted cable car ticket to view the sea of bamboo. Moreover, the bamboo feast set lunch (RMB588) provided at the hotel is quite good but a bit expensive. Some of the rooms we booked have toilets with squatting and therefore, please call the hotel to ensure the sitting toilet instead of squatting one. She is willing to change one of the rooms for us to sitting toilet."

Secondly, there are very few non-bamboo dishes and the quality is poor. Thirdly, the price is high. A serving of bamboo egg slices costs 80 yuan, but the quantity is small and the taste is bad. A bowl of sunflower noodles costs 18 yuan, which is like a bowl of plain noodles. In addition, fresh fruits are not available in the entire scenic area, so it is difficult to stay in the Bamboo Sea for a few more days. It was only when I went to Lizhuang Ancient Town that I could taste authentic Sichuan cuisine."
