The service was great, and they even upgraded our room. The bamboo fungus and free-range chicken soup at the restaurant was very generous in portion and delicious. We booked a family suite, but the floor was a bit dirty. My kids were running around, so I ended up cleaning it myself. The breakfast was really disappointing – the bao buns were even hard! None of the hot springs were open either, but the surrounding environment was beautiful. Overall, I'd say it was an average experience, thankfully the nice surroundings helped.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. A high-tech toilet was a surprise for us. It felt like everything was brand new. The view from our room window was amazing! We also got coupons for the lunch and dinner discount. The food was very delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and kind to us. They helped us immediately with various questions. Near the hotel is Baoshan pavillion with a wonderful view. My most sincere recommendations!
