This was my second stay at the Sarova Stanley. It was impeccable as always. The room was beautiful and clean, and service was flawless. We particularly loved the beautiful heated pool and the health club. We’ll definitely be back.

Also located in the center of Nairobi, this old hotel is full of age (Sarova is a chain brand with many branches across the country); the facilities are old, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are small, and the sanitary environment is okay; the breakfast has few types and tastes Quite satisfactory; the price is a bit expensive, and the price/performance ratio is average.

Old structure and overpriced services, otherwise within the 5-star standard

Excellent central location. Convenient for offices and shops. Large room, small bathroom. Pool bar restaurant all very nice but obviously prices in line with the standard of the hotel.

An old hotel with OK service and old facilities, but quite clean. There are also branches in other zoos. The strength is definitely good in Kenya.

The hotel does not have disposable supplies such as toothbrushes, but disposable slippers! The bathtub in the bathroom is very small, and the whole bathroom is quite tight! You can hear the sound of dripping water next door. The sound insulation effect is average, and you can hear speeches in the aisle clearly. The floor is not high. At 1.8 meters, you may feel that Mount Tai is overwhelming! Restaurant services are also available, but there are very few cuisines! The gym is also very small, and the swimming pool is okay, although it is not big, it looks good and clean! The restaurant on the fifth floor has average dishes! The location is in the center of the town, but it's not safe here, you can't go out at night, the hotel service staff will also advise you not to go out, you must be accompanied by a man when you go out during the day, and don't expose your jewelry, etc. Because it belongs to the town, the location is good, but the staff is responsible. If you call a car from the hotel to the designated place, then this trip is no problem! If you like to go shopping and eat at night or be close to the supermarket, it is recommended to live near the sarit center, where it is relatively safe during the day and night, and it is also a new area where almost all the bosses in the town live in this area!

Really great hotel - very clean and lived up to the 5 star name. The room was very spacious. The staff were very helpful in helping exchange money (Sara) and helping us buy our train tickets (Steve). Definitely would recommend! Thank you very much!

I thought every staff member I met was friendly and helpful; always greeting me with a smile. My room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom needs upgrading but all amenities were provided. The pool area is lovely and inviting. The gym also needs upgrading and is a bit cramped. The building itself is charming. Hotel is located in downtown which is quite busy and noisy but not where the tourist attractions are located but Ubers are readily .
