Wonderful stay! It's located at the WUYI square opposite IFS. Nearest metro station is around 5-10min walk. The services are wonderful! Free laundry and drying service and also free airport or train station luggage delivery. Ive arrived early morning to Changsha and they offer free luggage storage. When departing, my flight is at night time, they helped me to deliver my luggage to airport so I'm luggage free and able to go few more places without burden! Replied WeChat messages fast and solve my problems well! Wonderful, good job 👍

Great place to stay if you have an early trip at Changsha Railway Station. Hotel was easy to check in, no smoke/cigarette smell. The room was clean, beds were comfy, AC and heater were working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get too hot and stuffy without it). They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym and free self-service laundry and dryers (instructions and buttons were in Chinese) Although taxis/DiDi can't drop you off directly at the entrance as the hotel is located at the side of the train station and cars are not allowed there. If it's raining, ask them to drop you off a little further near another train station entrance and just walk straight through the rows of stores to reach the hotel.

Love this place. Everything is within walking distance. There are a lot of food options around the area. Hotel is clean with robot service at your finger tip. There is also laundry room and gym. Access to the lift and room is via access card so it is quite safe.

Great location with all the necessary amenities. Friendly staffs and free luggage delivery to airport.

Excellent hotel - location is convenient for most of the main sights and restaurants. Service is excellent (despite only a few staff speaking any English). Room was very spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Good amenities. Breakfast excellent with wide selection and lots of seating, even at peak times. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The location is okay. Some of the front desk staff need extra customer service training. The so called afternoon and late evening snacks were poor, both in quantity and quality. The most unfortunate part was that some of the staff had a very poor attitude. They served the snacks as if they were doing charity to their guests. The outside delivery personnel came in and out of the hotel without any check or restrictions, which could be a safety concern to some of the guests. The smoke free environment was a joke. The self service laundry facility was a welcome feature.

I like this style very much! It is very comfortable to stay and the service attitude is really good! There are also ice drinks in the mini bar hh. It is very convenient to check in at scenic spots when staying here~ Last time, my friend went to Orange Island and was stuck in traffic for a long time. It seems that there is a traffic restriction, so I asked about it! The front desk staff said that you can take the subway directly to Line 1 and transfer to Line 2! There will be no traffic jam on the bridge~ It is simply a walking Changsha guide library, and it also recommends a lot of delicious food and routes. The cleaning lady also did a very clean job for the extended stay! I saw that there were children who needed to make milk! She also helped to put a few more bottles of water, which was very considerate. When I checked out, I also received a small gift, which was Cha Yan’s snacks, egg yolk rice crackers, corn balls and sandwich biscuits, all delicious! They also asked us if we wanted to bring water on the way. It was really a detail. From the service details to the space aesthetics, they all exude the unique enthusiasm and delicacy of Changsha people. Such a hotel should become a part of the travel memory~

First impression was good, as the receptionist is friendly and the face recognition make the stay convenient, various staff like Employee No 2,6,8 are very helpful in handling our request, they go extra mile to solve our issue and request patiently.

Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace. A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable. We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart. We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. Generally positive vibes for this place and booked it because it ranked high on being one of the top instagrammable places. But felt a little overdone in terms of the deco and smoking is permitted. Some rooms are good for families and some are not so better get the staff to check out the rooms with you first. They are friendly and warm so do ask! There’s a huge giraffe in each room which takes up some space and the lighting control can be better. Breakfast variety was ok but taste wise is great. Overall good experience but will only stay once~
