"I had a great stay , The room and common areas were very clean, and housekeeping did a solid job throughout my visit. "The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service. The location is very convenient, as it is extremely close to the subway station—just a few steps from Exit 1 of Line 1 to the hotel elevator, making it easy to get anywhere. Between 8 PM and 9 PM, complimentary sweet soup is offered. The only inconvenience is that there is no place to hang the bath towels. After showering, one has to open the door to retrieve the towel. Additionally, the room's air conditioning is centrally controlled and tends to be very cold. However, it is better at night when the temperature is adjusted to a more comfortable level."

"Helpful staff, great location, and nice room with a balcony We are welcome with a box of snacks, which is refilled daily. The tea experience is exciting and fascinating. The room is pretty spacious with a balcony for people watching and relaxing. We really enjoy walking around Taiping street which is quite close to everything. Most importantly, staff are willing to help. One of them taught us how to do the tea ceremony and another even offered us her umbrella when running into us at the entrance of the hotel. We’re moved by these little acts of kindness they give. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience both hustle bustle and traditional vibes."
