"They provided a complimentary fruit platter in each room upon check-in, which was a very thoughtful touch. Later, we added two more rooms last minute and were surprised to find the hotel offers 19 different room types to choose from. Each room has a great design aesthetic with comfortable color schemes and is fully equipped with all amenities. The hygiene was impeccable, everything was spotless. The lobby's night view was absolutely stunning, and it beautifully incorporates many local Hunan cultural elements. We were extremely satisfied with our stay this time."

"Went to Changsha for Wang Leehom's concert. The hotel is super convenient, directly accessible by Metro Line 2, and you can use the mall's walkway, so no worries about heat or rain. After the concert, it was an easy walk back to the hotel, and I even grabbed some late-night food on the way without feeling tired. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but it was really easy to walk to nearby residential areas for noodles and fruit."

"This is a truly fantastic family-friendly hotel! The bunk beds and slide really make it a perfect family room. Plus, the price was very reasonable, and we stayed for two nights. The room was spacious enough and had great little touches, like a vanity area and even a towel warmer, which was a huge bonus – I’ve never seen that in a hotel room before! The location is also convenient; we parked our car in the underground garage and used electric scooters to get around. I brought my own towel and wiped things down, and it seemed quite clean."
