"On a business trip to Changsha, I stayed at this hotel following a colleague's recommendation, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The front desk service on the ground floor was incredibly welcoming; the lady spoke softly and had such a kind and thoughtful attitude. She even proactively upgraded me to a river-view king room. The room was spacious and well-appointed with every amenity. Not only did it feature a bathtub and bathrobes, but an iron was thoughtfully provided, which perfectly addressed my immediate need to press my clothes and shirts. The bedding, too, was a delightful surprise; the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness, and the duvet and sheets were incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down, leading to exceptionally sound and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. The highlight, however, was definitely the room's stunning view – opening the window revealed a panoramic vista of Orange Isle and the majestic Xiang River unfolding right before my eyes. Especially at dusk, as the golden hues of the setting sun streamed into the room, the spectacular evening glow over the river was on full display. That moment of tranquility and comfort truly allowed me to completely unwind, both physically and mentally."

"This stay at Days Hotel & Suites Changsha Jiasheng was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped in until check-out, every single detail made me want to give it a perfect score. First, let me gush about the service! As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted with warm smiles. The lady handling my check-in offered me iced lemon water, and noticing my camera, she proactively mentioned, ”There's a small tea table by the window in your room, perfect for taking night photos!” Later that evening, when I craved some hot porridge, room service delivered it within 10 minutes. The attendant even thoughtfully added a spoonful of local fermented tofu, saying, ”Sweetie, try this, it pairs wonderfully with porridge and cuts through the richness.” It was so incredibly thoughtful, it really warmed my heart. The ambiance was another delightful surprise! I booked a city-view room with a small balcony. Standing there in the evening, watching the distant silhouette of Yuelu Mountain and the shadows of camphor trees swaying under the streetlights below, it was more calming than visiting any popular tourist attraction. The lobby featured warm yellow lighting with elegant wood-toned furniture, complemented by charming little green plants in the corners. While waiting for a friend on the sofa and scrolling on my phone, I surprisingly didn't find it noisy at all – the soundproofing is truly excellent. Even on the 12th floor, I couldn't hear any street noise. Transportation couldn't be easier! Bisha Lake Station on Metro Line 4 is right downstairs, just a 3-minute walk to the entrance. It's only 4 stops to Wuyi Square and a quick 20-minute ride to the Provincial Museum. If you're not in the mood for the subway, there's a shared bike station right outside. A 10-minute ride will get you to Du Fu Jiang Ge, and along the way, you can pass through old alleys and grab some delicious local fried snacks. As for cleanliness, I couldn't find a single fault! Upon entering the room, I immediately checked the nightstand and bathroom corners – everything was immaculately clean, and even the shower drain had no odor. The bedding was incredibly soft, like being wrapped in cotton candy. After a long day of sightseeing, I hit the pillow and slept soundly until morning. It was so comfortable, I literally wanted to take the mattress home! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Changsha! Both the value for money and the overall experience were exceptional. I've already highly recommended it to friends planning their trip!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right at Wuyi Square Subway Exit 1, making it incredibly easy to access any attraction via the metro. This location alone is a huge advantage over many other hotels. The front desk is on the fourth floor, and check-in was reasonably smooth. Each room comes with one key card, but you can request an additional power card. During the scorching summer, it was incredibly comfortable to return to a cool, air-conditioned room after being out. However, having stayed for three consecutive days, the cleanliness was truly disappointing. There were a few small moths in the room, and uncleaned hair was left in the shower. Even after I reported it and they sent someone to clean, it unfortunately still wasn't thoroughly done. I didn't want to make a fuss, but I genuinely hope the hotel takes this issue seriously."

"I recently checked in during the early hours around 12+ a.m. after booking through Trip.com. Upon entering the room, I was not informed it was a smoking room, and unfortunately, the smell was extremely unpleasant, especially after turning on the air-conditioning which seemed to circulate the stale smoke. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially since there was no prior notice during the booking or at check-in. For health and comfort reasons, I would have never agreed to a smoking room. Please ensure that all customers are clearly informed in advance if they are being assigned a smoking room. Transparency on this matter is essential, especially during late-night check-ins when options to change rooms may be limited. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your procedures to avoid similar experiences for future guests."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It's close to the subway station, and you can even walk directly from the hotel across the bridge to Orange Isle. Plus, it offers quick access to various other nearby attractions. The hotel is spread across three floors: the lobby and breakfast area are located on the 7th floor, while guest rooms are on the 5th and 6th floors. The ground floor entrance and lobby are shared with other businesses. To check in, you'll first need to take the elevator to the 7th floor to obtain your room card, which then grants access to the guest room floors. Breakfast is decent; while it doesn't compare to a five-star hotel, it's definitely better than what you'd find at an average express hotel. In the evening, the 7th floor also offers a pleasant spot to relax with some tea, chat, enjoy the scenery, feel the breeze, and listen to music. The hotel's decor is quite good, and amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, and hairdryers are all of high quality. The toilets are smart bidets, and rooms also come with a mini-fridge. While the in-room smart voice control works, guests not fluent in Mandarin might find it easier to use the manual switches. For evening meals, you'll find plenty of dining choices right on the hotel's street, all within a short walk. Shopping at Wanda Plaza is also conveniently close. The only downside is the children's pool on the 7th floor. It's very small and shallow, really only suitable for toddlers to splash in. More importantly, the soundproofing around the pool is poor. Guests in rooms 608, 609, and 610, which are directly below the pool, reported being disturbed by children playing in the water as late as 11 PM. This was quite noisy and negatively impacted their rest and mood. I strongly advise against booking these three rooms, especially during summer, as the noise can be genuinely disruptive. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it as a top choice for anyone visiting Changsha."

"The hotel is excellent, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms, and its location is incredibly easy to find. It's conveniently situated right by Chaozong Street and some renowned snack/pastry shops, making dining very convenient. The warm lighting in the room ensured a peaceful sleep. Opening the window, you're treated to beautiful street views, which was truly delightful. The toiletries were also fragrant and moisturizing, and they even provide Dyson hair dryers. Plus, there are complimentary snacks!"

"Overall, the hotel was excellent. There was plenty of parking available. They offered complimentary breakfast (though I sadly overslept and missed it 😂). The amenities and services were impressive, including a fitness area and a laundry room for guests. They even offered a photography service, though I woke up too late to use it, haha. The room was large and very clean, and the value for money was genuinely excellent. It was very convenient to have EV charging stations available downstairs. At check-out, Claire was incredibly friendly and even asked if we had left anything behind that we wanted to retrieve. Since we used the charging station for our car, we had to pay for parking first, which was then reimbursed by the hotel. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly; we didn't encounter a single negative experience during our entire stay. Overall, a five-star rating!"

"My stay here was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room type. It was super convenient to have takeout delivered by a robot directly to my room. The bathroom featured a thoughtful wet/dry separation design. Taxis were easily accessible near the hotel, and there's a subway station just a 6-7 minute walk away. Plus, there's a Chayan Yuese (a popular tea shop) right downstairs. Overall, a great experience!"
