YYuzhaojunOverall, everything was great, and the service was excellent. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I'd particularly like to share three things: First, on the second day after checking in, we were studying and forgot to turn on the 'make up room' light when we left. To my surprise, a staff member came to our room in the afternoon specifically to ask if we needed cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, and honestly, this level of proactive service is something I've never encountered before. Thumbs up to you all! 👍 Second, while cleaning, they even took the initiative to clean my phone charger, which was totally unexpected. Third, after staying for four days, just as I was about to check out, I realized my back brace was missing. I then remembered I'd left it in the restaurant on the second day. After calling to inquire, the restaurant immediately brought it to my room. While the back brace wasn't expensive, the fact that they took such good care of a customer's forgotten item and returned it so promptly is incredibly reassuring. Thumbs up! 👍

Tucked away on Sujia Alley's ancient stone-paved streets, dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties, it's just steps from the bustling Wuyi Square and IFS. Yet, once you step inside, the tranquility of its Zen-inspired courtyard with black brick and grey tiles instantly creates a peaceful escape from the city's noise – truly a gem of quiet luxury.
The room's dark aesthetic perfectly matched my taste, and the goose down bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. They've got all the premium amenities: Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet, LELABO toiletries, and even fresh Baisha Ancient Well water delivered daily for drinking. Enjoying tea with the kung fu tea set really brought out the charm of Changsha.
The 24-hour butler service was incredibly thoughtful, handling everything from luggage to ordering Tea'sa Tea for me and even planning my itinerary. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all delivered directly to my room; the abalone breakfast and custom sparkling water were a delightful treat.
What surprised me most was the complimentary travel photoshoot. The photographer guided me through poses, and I received 9 retouched photos plus all the original shots, making for some truly high-end pictures! It's also within walking distance of popular spots like Tianbao Brothers and Tea'sa Tea. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel to relax on the terrace, watching the old city's grey tiles reflect the modern high-rises, made the experience absolutely perfect. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Changsha!

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel because of its advertised location 50 meters from the subway station, but it turned out to be over 500 meters from the station, all along construction-affected roads, and it was incredibly hot and sunny. There was a large construction site behind the hotel, and the windows couldn't be closed. It's just too new and nothing is fully completed yet. None of my Ctrip benefits were recognized – no breakfast, room upgrade, late check-out, fruit, or snacks. It felt like I couldn't stay there unless I booked through Huazhu. The problem is, even the early booking discount for gold members wasn't as good as the Ctrip price.

MM484839****Staying at Pushe Renmei Caotang in Changsha was incredibly worth it! As soon as you open the door, you're greeted by lush greenery. The wood-themed room is elegant and cozy, and the bedding is so soft, I had a great night's sleep. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; the rice noodles and sugar oil pastries for breakfast were so delicious they made me want to stomp my feet! They also thoughtfully gave directions to some hidden gem attractions nearby. It's not far from the city center, yet it's a peaceful oasis. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely choose this place again!

GGuest UserGreat location! It's right by the subway station, just across an underpass. There's a Friendship Store nearby and tons of dining options, from restaurants to small eateries. The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine is also just a 10-minute walk away. I've stayed here quite a few times; the rooms are clean, offer good value for money, and the hygiene is excellent. However, I've noticed the front desk service isn't as warm or friendly as it used to be during my previous stays.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Xiangjiang Middle Road subway station. Turn left from the exit and go through the tunnel under the bridge. It is only 200 to 300 meters away. It is easy to find. It is a 24-hour chain hotel. The room is very quiet, the facilities are very complete, the price is very suitable, and it is convenient for shopping. It is next to Taiping Old Street and behind it is Pozi Street. I will choose to stay here next time I come to visit.

BBingyiI highly recommend Joya Hotel to anyone visiting Changsha! It's a chain, much like Home Inns, so you'll find them all over the city. The one we stayed at was newly renovated, and the service was superb. There's a subtle, pleasant scent when you walk into the lobby. Breakfast was quite generous, and they even offered cocktails 🍸 and mung bean porridge in the evenings. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby. Thumbs up! 👍

EE25063****Traveling to Changsha with my child, we checked in late at night. When I was looking for hotels, I found this one had a great location and wasn't expensive, but there were quite a few negative reviews, which made me a bit hesitant. So, I decided to book just one night to try it out.
Regarding the room: I booked an exotic-themed room. There were many country-specific styles to choose from, which was a huge draw for my child. We ended up picking the Aegean Sea style. Upon entering, I found the room's decor and details to be very authentic and true to the pictures. My child was super excited, taking photos and sending them to classmates. At my child's request, we booked another night here the next day, but switched to a different themed room.
Regarding the facilities: It's true, as some reviews mentioned, the elevators are a bit old, and one of them makes a slight noise. Since it's a high-rise building, waiting times for the four elevators can be a bit long. However, we were out late and came back late, so it didn't really affect us.
Regarding the view: The room I booked did offer a direct river view, but you look at the river through the window (which can only be opened slightly for ventilation), so it's a little blurry.
Regarding noise: Since the hotel is along the street, there is some noise. But perhaps because we were on a high floor (we stayed on the 21st floor), or because we're not very sensitive to noise, we weren't really bothered by it. Specifically, we arrived at the hotel between 11 PM and midnight on both nights and woke up naturally around 10 AM the next day. We weren't woken up by noise at all during this time. However, on the second night, we forgot to close the window before going to bed, and in the morning, we could hear someone playing music downstairs.
Regarding the location: This is a no-brainer. The Xiang River is right across the street, the subway station is next door, and it's just a short walk to Taiping Street, Pozi Street, and other places. Extremely convenient.

Facilities: As a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new. Even though there are many hotels in the same building, this one has its own dedicated elevator, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The hotel environment is all new, and cleanliness was maintained promptly.
Environment: It's a super high-rise hotel, so the views are undoubtedly amazing.
Service: From check-in to check-out, everything was handled promptly. Staying for two consecutive days, the breakfast attendant remembered my room number by heart, which made me feel so welcome! During our stay, they also provided welcome fruit, which my baby absolutely loved. I've already recommended it to friends and family, and we'll definitely be back!
