GGuest UserFacilities: The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it was a consistent hum. For me, it was white noise and acceptable. If you need absolute silence to sleep, you might want to reconsider.

I contacted the front desk about the AC noise, and they immediately sent someone to show me three other rooms nearby to see which one I thought was quieter, offering to switch me (though they were all pretty similar). Later, the front desk even asked if I needed earplugs delivered. All the staff I encountered were incredibly warm and friendly, greeting me enthusiastically.

GGuest UserExcellent! The location is superb, right next to Chaozong Street. There's a clothing store downstairs, and Heytea is just a minute's walk away. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and attentive. Breakfast is served daily until 1 PM and can be delivered to your room. They also offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks with a wide variety of options. The room was clean and came with a bathtub. They even provide bubble bath and disposable tub liners daily, so you really don't need to bring anything. Plus, the hotel offers free photography services, and the photos turn out great. Overall, the experience was truly fantastic!

EEloise L.This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at by far. If I come back to Changsha, this will definitely be my go-to hotel from now on.
First and foremost, the hotel is clean! That’s my biggest pet peeve when it comes to hotels, and this place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is also themed, so the atmosphere feels much more pleasant and unique compared to a lot of modern hotels. I especially loved the small library space they have.
The room itself is spacious, and the layout is perfect. I like that there’s a separation between the toilet area and the shower area. I also appreciate that the windows can be opened for fresh air. Overall, the room is super quiet, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The service is impeccable. Check-in was smooth, and they offer free laundry service and complimentary afternoon tea every day during your stay. You can also request bottled water for free, and the minibar is stocked with drinks and snacks that are all complimentary as well.
Honestly, I can’t think of a single issue I had during my stay. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserMy best friend and I came to Changsha for a trip, and we chose this guesthouse based on its aesthetic appeal – it truly exceeded our expectations.
It's located inside an alley but very close to the entrance, so there's no need to worry about safety. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk directly to attractions like Wuyi Square, Huangxing Walking Street, Pozi Street, and Wenheyou. It's also walkable to popular restaurants like Cuiyan Xiaochao Huangrou (Stir-fried Beef), Ben Luobo, and the famous Black Classic Stinky Tofu – incredibly convenient.
Regarding the service, the customer service via WeChat was incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any questions or concerns. When we checked in, they even helped us with our luggage. Every evening, there's complimentary late-night snack, and the mung bean soup is absolutely delicious. The facilities are also excellent; the washer-dryer combo was very useful.
I highly recommend this guesthouse. It excels in safety, photo-friendliness, and convenience.

They provide plenty of bottled water, and the tea set is nice. You can also get eye masks at the front desk. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

HHaihai～Traveling with friends, the front desk attendant thoughtfully arranged for us to be on the same floor, which was very convenient. Plus, there's a pedestrian street right next door. It's really nice, definitely my top recommendation for a trip.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! It's super close to Wuyi Square. The afternoon tea and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the complimentary late-night congee is a lovely touch. I was especially happy that the front desk lady even helped me pick up my takeout. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Changsha. The hygiene is exceptional, everything is spotless, the bed is perfectly made, and the duvet cover is pristine. The environment is really nice, it looks like it's just been renovated, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, it's very close to the subway station. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no odd smells, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly all night until morning. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The facilities are complete, and the Wi-Fi is fast. For the price, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I've already recommended it to my friends!
