AAnonymous UserAllowed us to store our luggage while we went for a 2-days short trip without additional charges. They were also very keen on helping us with our needs, like changing rooms to the ground floor because we didn’t want to be on the top floor. However, we noticed that the soundproofing at the ground floor was not absolute, you could hear the noise from the alley outside, but overall it was still a comfortable stay.

GGuest User🔸The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. The B&B is very quiet in the alley on the corner of the street. It is close to the Wuyi Square subway station. Across the road is Taiping Old Street. The B&B is on the Xichang Street and Chaozong Street. We walked around very conveniently.
🔹The twin room on the first floor has a large floor-to-ceiling window and can be opened. The small sofa plus a round table with chairs is convenient for chatting and drinking tea. The bathroom, toilet and washbasin are separated, which is very good and does not interfere with each other. The room is large and the overall decoration is also elegant. There is Xiaodu voice control. In short, it is very comfortable to live in.
🔸The front desk lady and the cleaning lady are very enthusiastic. There are many supplies available at the front desk. The check-out lady Xiaoxuan is also very considerate and gave a small gift when leaving.

__WeChat22619****I was passing through Changsha, looking to play an escape room and stay for a day, and I stumbled upon this hotel. The room offered incredible value for money, especially for peak season in July. What truly stood out was how unexpectedly good it was for its price point. Both the decor and service were absolutely faultless. After booking, I added the front desk on WeChat, and they proactively turned on the air conditioning before I even arrived. The room was equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, and they had pre-chilled bottled water ready, with free refills available. Both the air conditioning and shower worked perfectly. When I booked, I saw reviews mentioning a potentially noisy bar downstairs, which initially made me a bit worried about getting a good night's sleep. However, I found that the side of the hotel where my room was situated was perfectly quiet. The free parking was also a great convenience. If I absolutely had to nitpick and find a flaw, it would be that when driving, my GPS led me to Fusheng Road (perpendicular to Jiefang West Road), and I didn't realize I could access the hotel directly from there without asking the front desk, which led to a slight detour.🤣 I really should have inquired beforehand. All in all, I can hardly find any faults with this place. A solid 10/10! 👍👍👍

GGuest UserStaff was courteous on WeChat before arrival. Hotel is able to receive items bought online. Hotel gave us a little later check out time after we asked as our flight was at night. Luggage could be stored in hotel lobby. Hotel lobby was not really grand looking but at least it had a shop front which had its name. Saw that there were other hotels are in the same building too. Hotel seems to only cover 1 level, on the 2nd floor. Upon going out from the lift, right side is an internet cafe while the hotel rooms were on the left. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had to scan once to open the glass door which leads to the rooms (door was open at other times). Hotel has laundry facilities between 8am-8pm but we did not use it. Room service is available upon request via WeChat. Hotel provided towels and toiletries too. Cleanliness needs to be improved as my friend spotted trash on the bottom shelf of the water dispensing area when we checked in. Bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Room was pretty quiet despite being near a road. Location wise, quite straightforward to walk to Wuyi square via underground or street. Hotel is next to La Nova shopping mall (but does not have many shops) and an underground commercial street that leads to Wan Da shopping centre and opposite the road. Lots of eating areas around too. Walkable to Mi Fen street too.

WWaiHotel is centrally located in Changsha. Easy to get to from the airport. Take Maglev/monorail to the metro station. Metro station get on Line 2 and Take Exit 2 of Changsha Railway Station. It is the approximately 3 mins walk from the exit.
The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming and would recommend people to stay and especially if you have children. We stayed with three children, 8,9 and 12. It is very child friendly, has two resident cats.
There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel and if you would like coffee there are two coffee shops directly opposite outside. Lots of eateries within the hotel vicinity.
They were very kind to upgrade all three rooms. All rooms are very spacious and clean and very large. Very well decorated. Our room even had a swing! The front of the hotel is very subtle but very clean as you walk into reception. Has a homely intimate feel.
Complimentary water, sweets and tea in the room. There are also complimentary shampoo and shower gel including toothbrush and toothpaste.
Towels come hygienically wrapped.
Complimentary wifi in bedroom and if you wanted to sit in the lounge- they will happily connect you to the hotel wifi.
I would stay here again without hesitation.

GGuest UserI said I was blindly selecting, but the kids said it was not a blind selection, it was really good, the Provincial Museum is 10 minutes away, opposite is Fuxing Times, Chef Fei and Chef Chou, you don’t have to queue up for Cha Yan Yue Se, you can eat whenever you want, but not too late.
The subway station entrance is just downstairs, you can travel however you want, it’s very convenient.
By the way, I brought two half-grown boys and a grown man, four people might be a bit crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men unanimously refused, saying it’s just a shower and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, the hygiene is also okay, because I was too tired to play, I didn’t experience the projection, the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it will light up when I move, I can’t see the light, I wake up when I see the light🤣🤣🤣🤣
I found that the floor drain was not working when I took a shower on the first day, but it was solved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants.
The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

GGuest UserNeed to be able to call contact ahead of time (we chat best) to get door code. This is a homestay, more like a bed and breakfast. The location is fantastic and I loved the 4 bedroom layout! Very nice place with 1.5 baths. There were small detail issues like one of the bathroom doors was difficult to open (slider with missing handle and needing oil or better wheels?). If this is ok for you, you will be delighted with this stay. If you are exceptionally tall, the ceilings above and below the loft area may be uncomfortable, but didn't bother nor affect me. Beautiful window views. Our room was on 11th floor.

GGuest UserLocation is amazing for our 2D1N stay in Changsha. The area really comes alive at night and there’s so much yummy food, bars and nice photo spots and live music in the area!
The room was clean, aircon is strong. Water takes a short while to get hot but it does get really hot and you can have a hot shower :-)
The front desk area and common area where we got to keep our luggages whilst exploring (thank you!) were a bit messy and floor was dirty but maybe because it has been raining. Ignorable if you go straight to your room :-)
Receptionist will share nearby food recommendations to your WeChat which was very helpful!
Despite live music around the inn, it isn’t noisy and has a peaceful vibe.
I recommend this inn for someone who wants to feel like they’re living in Spirited Away 😊

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
