The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk even delivered takeout to the room, which was a thoughtful and safe touch. The location is super convenient for getting around, with Taiping Street just a left turn away. The facilities are comprehensive, and the soundproofing is excellent. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended!

MM731968****I highly recommend this guesthouse, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Changsha! As someone who travels frequently, this is one of the rare guesthouses I've stayed in that offers great value for money, is spotlessly clean, and has a fantastic environment. Located in a small alley by the Xiangjiang River, this guesthouse is a quiet oasis in a bustling area, yet it's very easy to find. It's just a five-minute walk to the subway station, a ten-minute walk to Chaozong Street, and a twenty-minute walk to Wuyi Square – super convenient! The environment is impeccable. The bedsheets and pillows look brand new with not a single stain, so there's no need to bring your own sleeping bag liner. The bathroom also has a wet/dry separation, and even features a smart toilet. In terms of service, I often saw an auntie cleaning. She was very kind and even helped with luggage. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh drinking water was provided. Regarding facilities, each room has two air conditioners, which kept it wonderfully warm. There's hot water, though you need to let it run for a bit. Downstairs, there are plenty of food stalls and a supermarket. The nights were very quiet, and I slept soundly. The owner is also very nice, and all communication was smooth!

NNam KwongThe apartment come with 2 rooms, living hall, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants. The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

She greeted us with a smile right as we walked in, helped us with our luggage, and enthusiastically handed us some brochures. The hotel itself is also great; I highly recommend staying here. The hygiene is top-notch, and the location is super convenient – everything is just a few steps away! Definitely a five-star review; it's really great value for money when you're staying with a group.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel near Wuyi Square for a weekend getaway with friends in Changsha. The location is absolutely perfect! Step out, and you're right on the pedestrian street, surrounded by bubble tea shops and snack stalls. It was so convenient to pop back to the hotel for a quick rest whenever we got tired of exploring. The hotel sign is really bright and stands out, so it was easy to spot from a distance when walking back at night, which felt very reassuring. The front desk staff was super thoughtful; seeing us with bubble tea, they proactively offered tissues and a trash bag. Our room was spotless, the sheets were pristine white, and there were no strange odors in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked great – it cooled down quickly and was quiet. It's just a 10-minute taxi ride to Orange Isle, and getting to the high-speed rail station was also a breeze. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Changsha!

GGuest UserThe hotel is inside an apartment building, actually there are many different hotels in the same building. This hotel’s reception is inside a convenience store. The unit looks clean and the staff is very friendly. But be aware the loft is making the bathroom ceiling pretty low. Anyone taller than 6ft would have hard time to get in/out. Overall it’s decent for the price.

MMBW_Room was modern and clean with great ducted heating. Can check in early for an additional fee if you wish. Daily housekeeping provided everyday, microwave, washing machine, dryer and detergent free for guest use. Lots of good local food on both streets either side of the building. The room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to the outside hallway so you couldn’t have them open which meant no natural light. Girl at reception (day/morning time) was unfriendly and seemed annoyed anytime you asked for help.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

JJuvieJEntrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful. Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo. Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there. Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult. The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.
