Changsha Hotels with Balcony

For this trip to Changsha, I chose two hotels with completely different styles. One was a high-rise with a storm SPA experience and hot stone sauna, and the other was this 6500·Chaozong Street B&B, located in Chaozong Ancient Street. The experience here was simply unbeatable, truly the highlight of my Changsha trip. The excellent experience started even before we arrived. The hotel is about 20 meters inside Chaozong Ancient Street, so cars can't drive in. Our little butler was already waiting at the entrance of the ancient street, helped us with our luggage after we got out of the car, poured iced water, checked us in, and escorted us to our room. There's a special little Rubik's Cube by the bed; my child solved it and exchanged it for a cup of Tea Yan Yue Se. My favorable impression instantly soared. Then my child happily went to do handicrafts, and I joyfully went to take photos. The travel photography service was also superb; the guide was patient throughout, with no extra charges. After the shoot, I received over 200 raw photos and 9 retouched ones. I recall having to spend an extra thousand yuan for travel photography at the Anmo Hotel in Yinchuan. My child made a Song brocade wind chimes and quietly told me they wanted to make something else. The little butler overheard and readily allowed them to make another herbal painting. My child was absolutely thrilled. After they finished, the little butler took care of drying and framing it. An artwork, complete! ✅ After all the activities, we started enjoying afternoon tea. The desserts weren't too sweet, and the coffee was delicious. Afterwards, we could head out to explore. Upon returning, I found that the little butler had thoughtfully arranged a tatami mat and even provided a late-night snack. I ordered congee and soup, which were very comforting, and then had a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast could be delivered to the room or eaten in the lobby. Everything was freshly made, nutritionally balanced, a blend of Chinese and Western styles, and delicious. There was a minor hiccup when checking out and taking a taxi to the South Station. I muttered that I had originally planned to have lunch at the South Station. The little butler heard me and quickly went to the kitchen to pack some food for me. I was stunned, such thoughtful service! I was so touched. So, who is this beautiful, kind, universally adored, and charming little butler? I must mention her name: it's Miss Meiling! A hundred thumbs up!

The design of both the rooms and the hotel's common areas is excellent, truly living up to its reputation as one of the top 50 boutique guesthouses. The hotel amenities, particularly the Le Labo toiletries, are very comfortable, as is the bedding. But the absolute best part is the pajamas – incredibly comfortable to wear. The staff are all very warm and efficient. We even received a voucher for drinks at the teahouse upon check-in. I'd recommend booking a suite, as the standard rooms are a bit small. The courtyard is also perfect for photos in the evening.

The service was excellent. Before we even checked in, the hotel created a service group chat and contacted us daily to arrange room cleaning and afternoon tea. The mini-bar was also restocked with drinks and jellies that the kids loved. The environment is wonderful, full of historical charm everywhere you look. The rooms, after renovation, are very comfortable. Right outside, there's a bustling night market, but the hotel's location is perfect – a quiet oasis in the midst of the lively area, so our room was very peaceful for resting. Breakfast is a semi-buffet with a set menu plus self-service options. The kids really enjoyed the pan-fried beef short ribs, and the adults can choose the very flavorful dry-mixed rice noodles.

The room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel environment is very good. The hotel is located in the Desqin business district. Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The service attitude of the front desk ladies Jiaojiao and Xiao Liu is good. I like this hotel very much

The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and observation balcony provide unbeatable views. The signature InterContinental bedding is just the right firmness, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities are from a high-end brand. Some room types even have a scenic bathtub, making a soak with a river view feel truly luxurious. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring a very quiet stay. 🍽️Exceptional Dining: The breakfast at the All-Day Dining restaurant offers a super rich variety. You absolutely must try a bowl of freshly made Changsha rice noodles, complete with chopped chili, pickled long beans, and various toppings – truly authentic local flavor! There's a dedicated person managing the coffee machine, keeping things smooth even during busy periods. The Hunan cuisine at the Xiangxiu Chinese Restaurant on the first floor is also very authentic; you can savor the taste of Changsha without even leaving the hotel. 💁Impeccable Service: From the front desk to room service, every staff member was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel pool water is very clean, and the gym is well-equipped. The hotel opens right onto the riverbank, making a stroll along the river in the morning or evening a wonderfully refreshing experience. In summary, the InterContinental Changsha North Star excels in river views, brand service, and dining quality. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it's the top choice in Changsha. The room was clean and tidy with a fresh, pleasant scent. The front desk staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service, introducing the hotel and recommending nearby attractions, dining, and shopping spots. Breakfast was well-prepared, and they even inquired about guests' preferences and dietary restrictions. The in-room smart home features were comprehensive, but the lighting controls could be more intuitive. A pleasant surprise was the in-room capsule coffee machine. Overall, although 167 Mansion is located in a bustling area, once inside, it's remarkably quiet, contrary to some reviews mentioning noise. Its proximity to the city center makes dining, shopping, and enjoying places like Tea Color (茶颜) very convenient, making it ideal for families.

This was my first time staying at the Huanzhi Hotel in Changsha, and the front desk service was absolutely excellent. They even gave me a free breakfast coupon. The breakfast spread was extensive and really delicious, and the auntie working in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and helpful. My room was very clean, and the hotel's location is super convenient – close to Wuyi Square and other attractions. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Changsha. It offers fantastic value for money with attentive and thoughtful service, and its convenient location makes it a top choice. I strongly recommend it!

The service was excellent. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and the late-night snack was a thoughtful touch. The laundry room was well-equipped with a dryer and a garment steamer. I had a wonderful and happy stay. I'll definitely come back next time!!

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!
