GGuest UserI spent a few days in Changsha, and for my last night I wanted to experience a river-view room. After searching online for recommendations, I booked this hotel. I initially booked a city-view room, but the receptionist upgraded me to a river-view room for free, which was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: The facilities are excellent, and the newly renovated hotel felt warm and comfortable from the moment I entered. The reception desk is on the 38th floor, offering a panoramic view. The room had a beautiful view of the river, highly recommended. They have various room types; you can ask the receptionist for details.
Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable, and the toilet had an automatic flush.
Environment: The view was fantastic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. The river-view room offered a direct view of Orange Isle and the opposite bank of the river, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, the smog was severe during my stay; I'll try it again next time.
Service: The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. They offered free laundry service, which was especially thoughtful, as they delivered it to my room. In other hotels, you have to supervise the laundry yourself, which is time-consuming. They also provided free porridge and fruit in the evening. The breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, with fruits, rice noodles, and Western dishes all available.
This hotel has many branches in Changsha; I saw several near Wuyi Square. If you want a river view, I recommend this one. I'd definitely come back next time!
MM3422****Choosing the right hotel for a trip to Changsha is absolutely crucial! This highly-recommended Kyriad All-Suite Hotel made my experience truly exceptional – it's definitely a hidden gem! The room genuinely exceeded my expectations; at over 50 square meters, it was spacious and airy, with absolutely no feeling of being cramped. The cleanliness was top-notch, with every corner sparkling. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were incredibly practical, making it easy to wash up without splashing. The heating was excellent, keeping us wonderfully warm during the damp and cold New Year's Day holiday in Changsha. The mattress, in particular, was just the right firmness with a fantastic enveloping feel – one night's sleep after a tiring journey and I was completely recharged.
The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right next to the subway entrance, making it super convenient to get to attractions like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain without any detours. Downstairs is CapitaMall, a large shopping center where you can handle all your shopping needs in one go. If you want to try Changsha's specialties, you don't have to go far – you can easily grab Tea N Colors or Goodmorning Lemon, and there are authentic Hunan stir-fries that are full of local flavor. If you don't feel like going out, ordering takeout is also incredibly convenient, and a robot even delivers it directly to your room, which is a fantastic touch of technology.
What really impressed me was the dining service! The hotel offers a complimentary buffet breakfast with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, from Changsha's signature noodles to Western pastries and fresh fruit – the selection is rich and delicious. I especially want to commend the late-night snack! For someone like me with a sensitive stomach, it was incredibly thoughtful. The warm congee, soft rice noodles, and specialty snacks were light and easy on the stomach. Coming back to the hotel late at night and being able to have something warm like that was truly heartwarming.
From check-in to check-out, the service was attentive throughout, with staff being responsive and enthusiastic. For such a high-value all-suite hotel, I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Changsha. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to travel there!

AATOM-IIBecause of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!
GGan Yung ChyanKanglai Hotel is located at the strategic location facing diagonally the flight path from other cities to Changsha Huanghua Airport. From the room allocated to me, I can see the inbound flight in flight but not when the flight lands or departs. To see the flight landing and taking off, walk 30 minutes to the inner path next to the vacant Hede Business Hotel located along Airport Road to reach Hunan General Aviation Head Office and walk to the space behind the vacant headquarters. Enroute, I pass by the public toilet building, the aviation school for youths, China Post cargo and mail processing centre and two bus stops.
I feel sense of accomplishment after shooting many photos of aircraft landing including the extremely rare West Air A319neo.
I am satisfied with my hotel selection and visit to the hotel after the airport staff called the hotel to pick me up at Door 4 on the departure level. I am also satisfied with the very high level of cleanliness like disinfected towels.
I hope to stay in Room 8901 in Kanglai Hotel again if I planned a summer trip to Changsha Huanghua Town.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Crystal Hotel. The hotel maintains excellent hygiene throughout, which made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a friendly and attentive chef who added a nice personal touch.
The reception staff were especially helpful—they patiently shared useful tips and directions that made it much easier for us to get around Changsha, which we really appreciated as visitors.
One standout feature is the laundry system. It’s incredibly convenient: just use the washing machine, scan a QR code, and you’ll receive a notification on your phone when the wash is done. The dryer works the same way. If the machines are busy, you can simply write down your room number and preference, and a staff member will deliver your clothes directly to your room.
Overall, a very well-run hotel with thoughtful services and genuinely helpful staff. Highly recommended.

MM29459****Extremely satisfied, far exceeding expectations! This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in China, no contest. What I was most satisfied with was the booking, which included tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Ocean World, Happy Snow World, and the Dawangshan International Circus. Since it was my first time visiting Dawangshan, upon arrival at the hotel, I immediately felt the five-star service, like help with luggage. After checking in, the front desk staff even proactively upgraded us to a suite and then gave us tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Dawangshan Starlight Carnival – totally unexpected! The moment I opened the hotel room door, I genuinely felt like I was coming home; it was incredibly luxurious, beyond words. I’ll just upload the photos, haha 😄
**Cleanliness**: The bathtub 🛁 even came with a disposable liner, a very thoughtful detail.
**Environment**: Extremely luxurious, hard to describe – just look at the pictures! 😄
**Service**: Excellent, the included tickets exceeded my expectations.
**Facilities**: Very luxurious, the best I've encountered in a hotel.
JJun Ting_Great service. Buggy service on stand by all the time in front of the room. Huge room and clean.
Aircond not cold at all in the room , temperature could not be adjust and it's centralised. Even the toilet is more cooler than the room.

AAnonymous UserThe environment of the Liyuan Hotel is very quiet and beautiful, with lush vegetation and greenery. Chairman Mao and his elders have stayed here many times. The hotel has convenient transportation, not far from the subway station, and the service is thoughtful. When we arrived at the store, we upgraded to three sets for free and gave us breakfast, especially Pan Xu, Jin Zhujiaqi, Dai Siqi, very warm and thoughtful. I will stay here next time I come to Changsha.

GGuest UserAwesome!
We came out to play with three people, and the staff kindly said that we can accommodate three people at no extra cost. On the day we arrived, there was an electronic music party that sold out tickets. Unfortunately, we played outside too late and missed it. We only got a glimpse of the rich preparations^ ^The whole building is very resort-style, and the decoration is simple and elegant.
Black beans are so cute, you can roll them casually. I love the gardenia-flavored toiletries too. The clerk heard that we liked it and gave me a set. Why is it so good?🥺
Definitely come again next time!
LLSC22I need a hotel nearby the airport to rest and refresh as my flight is at midnight and I had arrived in Changsha city at noon. Found good review and of Yicheng Hotel which is just 2 stations away from the airport Metro (Line 6). However it takes about 15 mins to walk from the Dalucun Station but the best thing is the hotel staff offer free transfer to airport! The hotel room is very new, clean and beautiful deco. Toilet is in excellent condition and the toiletries are good. It was a great place to refresh and very friendly staffs to make my day.
