YYuzhaojunOverall, everything was great, and the service was excellent. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I'd particularly like to share three things: First, on the second day after checking in, we were studying and forgot to turn on the 'make up room' light when we left. To my surprise, a staff member came to our room in the afternoon specifically to ask if we needed cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, and honestly, this level of proactive service is something I've never encountered before. Thumbs up to you all! 👍 Second, while cleaning, they even took the initiative to clean my phone charger, which was totally unexpected. Third, after staying for four days, just as I was about to check out, I realized my back brace was missing. I then remembered I'd left it in the restaurant on the second day. After calling to inquire, the restaurant immediately brought it to my room. While the back brace wasn't expensive, the fact that they took such good care of a customer's forgotten item and returned it so promptly is incredibly reassuring. Thumbs up! 👍

Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent! Our train was at 6 PM, and they kindly extended our check-out time until 2 PM. After checking out, we even enjoyed afternoon tea in the lobby, which was great because we wouldn't have known what else to do. We took the subway to Changsha South Station, and the front desk staff meticulously explained how to get there, which was incredibly thoughtful. Otherwise, we might have gone to the wrong station and wasted time.

PPangxiaozhuyaojianfeiThe night before, I booked the Hilton Changsha Shimao through the Hilton platform, and the experience was utterly terrible. The soundproofing was awful. I was woken up at 3 AM by noise from the hallway and didn't sleep a wink all night, ending up with a pounding headache. First thing in the morning, I rebooked at the InterContinental via Trip.com. Miss Anna Jiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. I was so touched! She walked me to the elevator, introduced me to the hotel facilities and restaurants. She even pre-warned me that the river view rooms are near the elevators and to let them know if I experienced any noise so I could switch rooms. The concierge staff were also very proactive and helpful; I really appreciate their assistance. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. The room view was lovely, overlooking the delta where the Liuyang River and Xiang River converge. There's a direct passage to the adjacent shopping malls (Beichenhui/Joy City), making dining and shopping very convenient. Breakfast here has the best Western pastries among all the international brand hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. It really suited my preferences, and the coffee was made with an espresso machine. There were also plenty of Chinese options, including rice noodles, but the texture wasn't quite to my liking; they were a bit too thick. Before checking out, I realized I'd left a ring in the room. I called, and they informed me it had already been found and sent to the concierge. It was perfect timing as I was just returning from visiting the Changsha Museum and picked it up on my way back. Oh, and right across from the hotel are the 'Three Museums and One Hall,' which are within walking distance. For food deliveries, you have to pick them up from external lockers, which is understandable and acceptable to me.

AATOM-IIBecause of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

The mall downstairs made shopping incredibly convenient, and the hotel's design is truly eye-catching. All the staff were very welcoming, and I especially appreciate the attentive service from the 'Whatever/Whenever' team throughout my stay. I'll definitely choose W again next time!! 🥰🥰🥰

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for two nights during our trip to Changsha with our kids and elders. I called ahead to request a non-smoking floor. To our surprise, they upgraded us to a river-view room with a bathtub! The service was top-notch. It's very close to Taiping Street, just a few minutes walk. We also walked to Du Fu River Pavilion, Wenheyou, Chaozong Street, and Huogong Palace, all within about 10 minutes. Getting to Orange Isle was super easy, just one stop on the subway with no transfers. We had a fantastic time this trip! ♡

NNam KwongThe apartment come with 2 rooms, living hall, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants. The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
