Big thumbs up to this hotel! The environment is lovely. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing – even the kids want to go back! My daughter accidentally dropped her dinosaur toy during breakfast, and when we inquired at noon, it turns out the breakfast reception had kept it safe for us. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really impressed us.

My overall experience here exceeded expectations; I genuinely recommend it. The location is super convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, and getting a taxi was a breeze. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were all very polite and patient when answering questions, never showing any impatience. The room was spotlessly clean and odor-free. The bedding was neat, soft, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and a complete set of toiletries, meeting all daily needs. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, lighting, and other facilities all worked perfectly, and the internet speed was stable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a quiet and restful night. The overall environment was simple yet comfortable, and the public areas were clean and tidy. It offers great value for money, with meticulous service details that made my stay feel secure and pleasant. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends.

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

This is my fourth time to Huitang Occupational Therapy Hot Spring Hotel, because the first impression is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and patient, what I value most is the sanitary environment, the room is very comfortable and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the children sleep well at night, the children and my family love to take a hot spring bath, sleep well and have fun is a quality and enjoyable weekend. By the way, the breakfast here is the most abundant hotel I have ever stayed in.

This is a hotel I always use for business trips. The location is excellent, but since the facilities are a bit dated, even with maintenance, there is a slight odor. The service is above average, and they make a great effort to assist with whatever you need. Since I have no other choice, I plan to stay at this hotel again.

The service is very considerate. There are not many activities on rainy days. The children played in the mud, pulled bamboo shoots, sang happily in the KTV, and the private hot spring bath was very comfortable~ If there is fragrance and music, it will be more high-end
