This stay far exceeded my expectations! The overall design is very aesthetic, and every detail in the room shows thoughtful touches, creating a wonderful ambiance. The bedding and pajamas, in particular, were incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries were top-notch! The host was exceptionally attentive. Before check-in, they sent detailed instructions and thoughtfully recommended local authentic eateries and sightseeing routes. They maintained a perfect balance – not intrusive but always available when needed. It felt like a relaxed home away from home. The food was delicious and exquisite. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

Nestled in the old alleys of Sujia Alley, it truly offers the best of both worlds: bustling outside, peaceful inside. It's just a few minutes' walk to IFS and Huangxing Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. A rare tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The New Chinese courtyard design creates an incredible atmosphere, with both the courtyard and lobby being incredibly photogenic. The rooms are clean and tidy, with quality amenities including a Dyson hairdryer, branded toiletries, and soft bedding that ensures a very restful sleep. The butler service is thoughtful and attentive; they even used an electric cart to help with luggage on the cobblestone path. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were excellent and could even be delivered to the room. If you're in Changsha and don't want to stay in a noisy chain hotel, I highly recommend this one. You get to experience the charm of the old city streets while enjoying a high-quality accommodation experience. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Changsha!

During the May Day holiday, I stayed at The Wellesley. As soon as I entered the hotel, there was a faint, pleasant fragrance, and the room also had a lovely scent. It was very calming and helped me sleep soundly, which is rare as I usually have trouble sleeping in new places. The holiday experience was excellent—very comfortable and peaceful. The welcome fruit was delicious, fresh, and sweet. The hotel butler was also very responsive to any requests. The hot water was instant, no need to wait for cold water to clear, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were all very attentive, reminding me of the excellent Japanese service I experienced while living in Japan. As a guest, my stay was very enjoyable. I hope The Wellesley maintains its original charm and that the staff get well-deserved raises!

A huge thank you to Lily! She reached out even before check-in to ask about my needs, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spotless, and the twin beds were a generous 1.35m each. The sofa between them provided a nice sense of privacy. The service was truly excellent; our butler added us on WeChat and had the room ready in advance. My child absolutely loved the welcome bear! The recommended breakfast noodles were delicious too. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive. The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days. Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

When booking accommodation in Changsha, I compared several hotels and finally chose Poly's Orange Isle Nuoya. My stay exceeded expectations, absolutely no disappointment! The location is truly superb, just diagonally opposite the 'Qia Tongxue Shaonian' Square. I booked the Orange Isle River View room, and I could gaze at the young Chairman Mao statue without even leaving the room, avoiding the crowds at the actual site. Getting around is also very convenient, whether by shared electric scooter or taxi. The hotel's overall decor is grand and elegant, and the staff at the entrance were warm and courteous. Check-in is on the 39th floor, and there's also a sky pool on the 38th floor, which is quiet and uncrowded. If you bring your own swimsuit and cap, you can enjoy a pleasant swim in the evening. The room is spacious and comes with beverages, as well as some 'Cha Yan Yue Se' snacks. Drinks are replenished nightly. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, unlike some reviews that claimed it was limited. Next time I'm in Changsha, this will definitely be my top choice again!

I highly recommend the Wanda Reign Changsha. The butler, Stellar, provided excellent service throughout my stay, making the check-in process very smooth. She proactively asked about my accommodation preferences and paid attention to every detail of my stay. The hotel environment is luxurious and elegant, with complete hardware facilities. The room cleaning was impeccable, and the comfort level was very high. The location is uniquely advantageous, close to Wanda Plaza, and convenient for trips to Chaozong Street and Orange Isle. The hotel staff were polite and hospitable, making my trip a very pleasant one.

The hotel is brand new, with a 'light luxury' post-modern decor style that I personally adore. The room is incredibly spacious, and the facilities are comprehensive. The toilet and bathroom are separate (wet and dry areas), which is a thoughtful and practical layout. The hotel offers a complimentary laundry room, or you can have housekeeping wash and return your clothes, which is a very considerate service. There's also a gym and a terrace available. In terms of location, it's just a convenient five-minute walk to Wuyi Square metro station.

I have to commend the front desk staff at The Westin Changsha; their service was both professional and heartwarming! The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they were smiling throughout, patiently answering my questions. They also thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's facilities and gave recommendations for getting around the area. When issues arose, they actively coordinated solutions with a gentle and appropriate demeanor, truly showcasing five-star service in every detail. The room was clean and comfortable, and my overall stay was excellent, largely due to the exceptional front desk service. This will be my top choice when visiting Changsha, and I will definitely consider staying at The Westin again next time!

I had been looking forward to this staycation for a long time, as I'd seen many positive reviews for this JW online. The actual experience, even with high expectations, far exceeded them. First, I want to talk about the hotel's hardware design, which I absolutely love at the Changsha JW. The sky lobby on the 35th floor offers a breathtaking view, with the city unfolding like a flowing scroll beneath your feet. Predominantly featuring marble and wooden screens, the public areas are incredibly spacious, exuding a serene elegance through the interplay of materials and minimalist design. This ”less is more” philosophy extends to the Executive Lounge as well. Also on the 35th floor, the Executive Lounge is designed with dark solid wood as its main tone. Especially at night, with the warm, three-dimensional lighting, the lounge takes on a sophisticated, luxurious, yet warm ambiance. As for the rooms, I highly recommend the 270-degree open suite. The views are fantastic, and the 65-square-meter spaciousness is perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The room design leans towards modernism, particularly in its restrained, minimalist approach, using clean lines, exquisite materials, and light and shadow to create atmosphere. You truly feel a rare sense of tranquility despite being in a bustling city center. More than the hardware, what truly impressed me about the Changsha JW was the perfectly balanced warmth of its staff. Therefore, I'd like to dedicate some space to express my gratitude to the service staff at JW Changsha: First, I'd like to thank Manager Kenny. Manager Kenny and the concierge team helped me locate my package and delivered it to my room. When he learned it was my last night of vacation, he thoughtfully arranged for my laundry to be done for my rushed trip and even gave me a small gift. So, I want to express my thanks again. We also had a small talk when we met in the lounge, and Manager Kenny introduced me to his colleague who was making drinks. It's clear that Manager Kenny is a passionate, dedicated, and considerate manager who genuinely cares about his colleagues. Mia Wang is an enthusiastic and incredibly attentive member of the Executive Lounge front-of-house team. What impressed me most is that even with the constant flow of guests every day in the Executive Lounge, she still remembers guests who have visited before and would say ”welcome back” on their second visit. This really made me feel the embodiment of ”home away from home,” so I want to express my appreciation for Ms. Mia's warmth and attentiveness. During happy hour at the lounge, Ms. Jayla Zou proactively greeted guests, helped me with my drinks, and enthusiastically asked for my feedback on the dishes. Ms. Jayla Zou is a service team member who truly values the guest experience. Thank you for your enthusiasm. Huan is the bartender in the Executive Lounge. Since I don't drink much but wanted to experience the atmosphere, Ms. Huan made two low-alcohol drinks for me based on my preferences. They were absolutely delicious, full marks from me. When I was checking out, Sidny saw I had a lot of luggage and, without me even asking, immediately took my bags, escorted them to the concierge, and then arranged for concierge staff to help load them into my car. Thank you! I rarely write such long reviews, but I believe this one is well-deserved. The Changsha JW is vibrant in my heart, painted by hundreds of service staff. Unfortunately, I didn't get to ask the names of most of them, but they, too, are silently contributing their passion and effort to this hotel.
