CCheersI highly recommend the Junyi Shanshui Hotel! Its location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the subway station, and surrounded by shops and attractions. The room was spacious and odor-free, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation was clean and functional. Front desk staff, specifically numbers 5 and 6, made check-in quick with no waiting. The hotel offers great amenities, including free parking. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism – a truly pleasant and hassle-free stay. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Changsha!

AArrowQinOverall, my experience at the hotel was great. They provided complimentary breakfast for 4 days, and the service was excellent. I loved the voice-controlled room features – no need to lift a finger! I fell asleep instantly every night. A major plus was the free luggage delivery to the airport, which made exploring the next day so much easier and worry-free. Highly recommend!

MmissslowpokeThe hotel has an unbeatable location along Taiping Old Street. It requires less than 2 minutes of walking from North gate 北门 of the street to the alley where the hotel is located. Taiping Old Street is where you can find all of Changsha souvenirs and best restaurants gathered in one location, which makes the hotel a perfect place to stay in Changsha, especially on the last night of your travel.
I appreciated that the hotel helped to accept our Tabao hauls before we arrived. Further more, the hotel provides free door to door laundry service! Even though we were only staying 1 night, the hotel still offered this service to us by collecting our laundry at 11pm and returning the clean laundry back to us early next morning!
We were impressed that despite being so hidden in an alley, the hotel had automatic door AND A LIFT even though there were only 3 storeys! Upon opening our hotel room door, we were welcomed by 小度. The room was large and cosy, with an automatic flush toilet. I read in a previous review that there was no place to hang clothes in the showering area, but this has already been taken care of, which shows that the owner does listen to the feedbacks given. If there is anything to improve on, perhaps change one of the pillows to a latex pillow, as the pillows were too soft for our liking.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Changsha!

GGuest UserGetting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square.
Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet.
Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. It's close to Orange Isle, and there's a subway station right across the street. Cindy arranged a room with an amazing view, and I really loved the Chinese-style decor, which even included a tea set. In the evening, the view from the window was perfect for photos. There's a shopping mall right next door and a snack street behind the hotel, so you can walk everywhere without needing a taxi.

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and catch a taxi. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly, offering to help with luggage and even recommending local attractions and restaurants. The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor or in the bathroom corners, and the wet/dry separation was clean and refreshing. The mattress was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, the hot water was consistent, and all the amenities were comprehensive. There were no hidden fees, and the price was fair. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

A mere 50-meter walk to the left takes you directly to the station entrance. The place is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite good. The overall design is very stylish, creating a comfortable visual experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist at desk #5, who provided very thoughtful and attentive service.

GGuest UserThe Bandai Hotel is super conveniently located, with a subway station nearby. It's just two stops directly to Orange Isle, and you can also take the subway to Yuelu Mountain, which is incredibly handy. You can even walk to IFS, Taiping Old Street, Pozi Street, and the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is lovely, and the rooms come with a mini-fridge, a disinfection cabinet, and a smart toilet, among other well-equipped facilities. The toiletries and disposable slippers in the room are also of good quality. The housekeeping staff are very thorough with cleaning, and the front desk service is excellent – they patiently answered all our questions. The breakfast is rich and varied, with dozens of options. We left feeling full and ready to explore. A great hotel, highly recommended! 🏨

GGuest UserGood location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
