4-Star Hotels in Changsha

This was my first time staying at the Park Plaza Hotel, and the service was truly excellent. Everyone was smiling, and when they saw our family, they specifically upgraded us to a twin room, which was perfect. The room was very clean, and they even helped us wipe down our slightly dirty suitcase with alcohol. Getting around by taxi or subway was quite convenient. During our stay, laundry, drying, and hanging services were all available, and you could even leave a message for them to handle it and then pick it up later. The breakfast variety was also quite rich. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it. A big shout-out to Front Desk Agent #11!

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, with plenty of conveniences nearby. Getting around LXX is a breeze with a subway station right next door, offering two lines which is a big plus. There's also a decent mall and many dining options, making it very convenient. The service was enthusiastic; they even gave my child a complimentary kids' breakfast. I heard they're planning upgrades, so I'd love to come back and experience it again if I get the chance.

The location is absolutely perfect, making it super convenient to get everywhere. We'd stay out until midnight every night, and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We walked to Huo Gong Dian, Taiping Street, and Wen He You, and Huangxing Square right outside the hotel was great for a casual stroll. The service was also excellent; the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even offering luggage delivery services to Changsha South and the airport, which meant we could travel light without a worry. The laundry room was also a convenient perk. I absolutely loved this trip to Changsha, and a big part of it was choosing such a great hotel, hehe! Especially Wuyi Square after 10 PM, it was truly amazing.

The room was clean and tidy with a fresh, pleasant scent. The front desk staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service, introducing the hotel and recommending nearby attractions, dining, and shopping spots. Breakfast was well-prepared, and they even inquired about guests' preferences and dietary restrictions. The in-room smart home features were comprehensive, but the lighting controls could be more intuitive. A pleasant surprise was the in-room capsule coffee machine. Overall, although 167 Mansion is located in a bustling area, once inside, it's remarkably quiet, contrary to some reviews mentioning noise. Its proximity to the city center makes dining, shopping, and enjoying places like Tea Color (茶颜) very convenient, making it ideal for families.

I didn't see this hotel at first. I checked into the previous one that same day and was immediately put off, so I canceled and booked this one right away. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was impressed by the hotel's decor 🤏. Every single staff member was incredibly enthusiastic, providing the quickest and most comfortable service 👍🏻. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and very modern overall! I hope Tyndall continues to grow and expand across the country 😁😁. I highly recommend Tyndall! The satisfaction, comfort, and emotional value are all fantastic ❤️.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and subway exit. The rooms are clean with good soundproofing, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is decent, and the freshly cooked rice noodles are very authentic. Despite being by the train station, the double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It's just a few subway stops from Wuyi Square, making sightseeing hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The interior is quiet and comfortable, with a great ambiance. The breakfast spread is quite generous and the food tastes good. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

The location is great! It's not far to walk to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Taiping Old Street. Getting to Orange Isle by subway is also quick and convenient. The room type was okay and it was quiet. However, the room was really chilly, and the air conditioning didn't have heat. It just got colder the longer I stayed. The facilities are old, but the main issue was the lack of warmth. I had to wear a bathrobe over my pajamas and pile on a thick duvet.
