I stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The room was quiet and clean. It's a standalone hotel, and you need a key card to go upstairs, which makes it feel secure. The location is convenient, right by the road, and close to taxis and the subway. The service was excellent. When I checked out, it was raining, and the front desk staff, young man #11, worried about my inconvenience and even offered to walk me to the door with an umbrella. Even though I ended up not needing a taxi, I still thought the service was really good. I'll consider booking here again next time I'm in Changsha.

Plus, there's a complimentary afternoon tea, making the value for money absolutely unbeatable at this price point. 1. It boasts an excellent location in a bustling area, yet the soundproofing is simply divine. I didn't hear a single peep from next door. The bedding provides ample support; my back didn't sink in when I lay down, and I slept even better than I do at home – I almost thought I'd been put under a ”can't-get-out-of-bed spell.” 2. Check-in was swift, check-out didn't involve room inspections, and the laundry room is open 24 hours with valet laundry and drying services. These are the details that aren't specifically advertised but truly show a hotel's genuine attentiveness. There were no unnecessary formalities throughout my stay; they simply elevated what should be standard services into bonus features, making many competitors seem rather perfunctory. 3. The hygiene was incredibly meticulous. The white sheets were spotless, without a single stain or hair. When I lay down, the fabric felt so skin-friendly, like sun-dried cotton and linen. I didn't sweat at all, even when tossing and turning throughout the night, and the pillow had just the right firmness to support my neck. I truly had a deep, restful sleep. Based on these three points alone, this hotel far surpasses many others in its price range. I will definitely stay here again next time.

On a business trip to Changsha, I spent a while choosing and landed on this hotel, and it turned out to be really good. Facilities: The soundproofing is excellent; I'm very particular about noise, and I slept great at night. The shower pressure was also strong, making for a comfortable shower, and I even had another one in the morning. Cleanliness: Pretty good, quite clean. Ambiance: They say it's converted from an old money warehouse from over 100 years ago, and it definitely looks like a lot of thought went into it. Plus, the price isn't expensive at all, which makes it very worthwhile. The room was quite spacious; I even forgot to ask if I got an upgrade! Service: Very good, quite friendly. As someone who's reviewed over 90 different hotels, I genuinely feel this one offers great value for money!

The hotel front desk service was excellent; they kindly upgraded us to a king-size bed for free. The room was very comfortable, and the subway access is super convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

The standard room I booked was the largest I've ever stayed in at a Ji Hotel. It had a separate dressing area, a work area large enough for three people to sit in, a large TV, and was quiet, clean, and new – a very comfortable stay. It's only a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain, perfect for those taking the route of entering from the South Gate and exiting from the East Gate. Exiting from the East Gate allows you to easily return to the hotel.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the subway station, with Wuyi Square, Taiping Street, and IFS within easy reach. The location is excellent and transportation is convenient. The rice noodles for breakfast were also delicious.

The hotel's location is very convenient for travelers. The subway entrance is right outside, and the train station is just a short walk away. The design is very impressive and immediately catches your eye. The breakfast is also good with a wide variety of choices. All the staff are very enthusiastic, and Front Desk Agent #5 was especially professional and meticulous. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. The room amenities are a bit outdated. The shower drain was constantly clogged, so every time I showered, my feet would be submerged in water, and the whole bathroom would be flooded afterward... Ugh, that was a really bad experience. There's only one charging outlet by the bed, which is inconvenient. There was a separate, paid 3-port charging device that required unplugging something else to charge my phone. The breakfast buffet didn't offer much variety and wasn't great value for money. The only upside is its location near Wuyi Square, where there are lots of food options right outside, and public transport is convenient. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again if I come back to Changsha.
