CheersI highly recommend the Junyi Shanshui Hotel! Its location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the subway station, and surrounded by shops and attractions. The room was spacious and odor-free, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation was clean and functional. Front desk staff, specifically numbers 5 and 6, made check-in quick with no waiting. The hotel offers great amenities, including free parking. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism – a truly pleasant and hassle-free stay. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Changsha!

ArrowQinOverall, my experience at the hotel was great. They provided complimentary breakfast for 4 days, and the service was excellent. I loved the voice-controlled room features – no need to lift a finger! I fell asleep instantly every night. A major plus was the free luggage delivery to the airport, which made exploring the next day so much easier and worry-free. Highly recommend!

Sylvia Tiong (张晓燕)It is located a perfect location. The only downside is that the taxi is not able to reach the front door. We need to carry all our heavy luggage and walked on rocky pavement for about 50 meters from the TaiPing street north door. And the hotel door entrance is not obvious. Nonetheless, it is located in a best location and is so easy to walk to all main shopping centres. The room is very well equipped and comfortable. If I would visit Changsha again, I will still choose to stay here.

Guest UserWe are visitors from the UK who spent a 3 night stay at the the Fancy Hotel. We chose it due to the hotel’s proximity to Hunan Museum - less than 10 minutes walk away. The location is great - Martyr’s Park is just alongside the museum. It is a lovely place to walk and there is plenty to do once you are inside. There is also a metro station and very large shopping mall with numerous eateries - including a Burger King and KFC within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. Decor is good. Our room was a little small, but comfortable and had everything we could need for a short stay - including charging cables and electric curtains! There was an extensive range of Chinese options for breakfast. Western options were more limited and included fruit, toast, butter, jam, boiled eggs, coffee, croissants and a surprising array of small cakes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They did not speak English - but patience, a smile and Google translate helped us to communicate. The hotel has a roof garden and small gym There are food delivery options, which we didn’t have time to investigate. Sadly there did not appear to be anywhere to buy a coffee on site. We liked the hotel and thought it great value for money. We would definitely return on a future trip to Changsha.

Guest UserGetting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square.
Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet.
Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

WeishuierhuoneThe hotel is very close to Orange Isle and only a few hundred meters from the subway, making its location super convenient. We're a family of three, so we chose a king room (2.4 meters). The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, offering juice boxes and popsicles, which was a thoughtful touch. The room decor is a Japanese-inspired blend, featuring tatami mats. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and includes a bathtub. Breakfast was decent, perhaps because there aren't many breakfast options nearby. I have two suggestions: 1. The king bed in the room is made of two beds pushed together, which makes sleeping in the middle very uncomfortable. 2. Please don't pre-cook too many fried eggs for breakfast until they're well-done; they sit out for a bit too long.

Posted on Jul 23, 2026|Jing|High-rise River View King Room
Guest UserThe hotel's location near Peiyuan Bridge subway station makes it convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Chaozong Street. The room cleaning was thorough and meticulous, with a dry/wet separation bathroom, minimal dust on the floors and window sills, and clean, soft bedding. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the bathroom was odor-free. The 24-hour butler service was responsive, and check-in at the front desk was efficient with friendly staff. The delivery robot that goes directly to guest rooms was very convenient. The hotel features a smart home system with voice control for curtains and lighting; the river view rooms come with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a simulated fireplace. The free mini-bar offers unlimited drinks, and the self-service gym and laundry room are well-equipped.

Guest UserTraveling with elderly parents and young children, the hotel's location right next to the train and metro stations made getting around incredibly convenient. While the room was a bit small, it was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Guest UserGood location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

Guest UserThe location is excellent, right next to the commercial street.
Environment: It was also decent.
Service: The service was very prompt. My hairdryer was broken, and they quickly brought a replacement, even sending an air purifier to the room.
Facilities: The only issue was that the bathroom shower door didn't close properly, so water would easily leak out.
