Location is good . Price is good . Inside room many things need to pay extra money be careful

Decent hotel for its pricing. Location is decent but remember not to choose the smoking room for non smokers, the cigg smell in the room is strong in the smoking rooms

Not suitable for family travelling with young kids. The room is old with a lot of stain on the carpet, wall, bathroom and even on the bed. My young son vomited on the bed and the housekeeping said we will need to pay for the washing of the linen even the stain wasn’t very obvious. This is totally unheard of from all my stay at all the 4 or 5 stars or equivalent hotels in the past. However the front desk was kind enough to say we don’t have to pay for it. The housekeeping didn’t even provide any daily fruit platter when we stay in suite room. I got it when stayed at the lowest tier room when travelled alone in the past. Don’t think will ever stay at this hotel anymore in future.

When checking in, they told us about the Wi-Fi in the room and that the hotel has a laundry room. I think it is quite convenient. My train is at 3 pm. The hotel is very close to the train station. I want to extend the check-out time a little bit, and the front desk agreed. Good service

The hotel is in a very good location and has a great environment. We arrived very late and wanted to change a room type. Changsha is so cold recently. I booked this hotel when I arrived in Changsha on a business trip. Seeing that I live alone, the front desk took the initiative to upgrade me to a king-size bed room, which is good. The room also comes with small nuts. The service is good, and the breakfast is OK, quite rich.
