We were urged to wait until almost 5 o'clock to tidy up the room. The manager in charge also came forward to communicate, gave me a dinner, and asked not to leave a negative review. The photos are of the room we saw after 3 o'clock, which was completely messy and untidy. But my child and I came home from swimming in the hotel swimming pool. When I came back the next day, I found that my child had dense red rashes on his stomach and chest. He was allergic. Then I had ovarian inflammation and it didn't heal for a few days. The place to change clothes in the swimming pool is small and dirty, and the chairs there are moldy. As a family resort, poor hygiene is absolutely intolerable. The duty manager also said that the hotel was understaffed, and the headquarters had laid off employees significantly due to losses in the past few months. It was too late for one aunt to clean more than a dozen rooms, and it was impossible to do a good job of hygiene. As for the in-person projects, they were all just a formality, including the bubble battle, where the bubble machine was replaced and a little bubble was sprayed; the animal feeding area included three pigs, most of the sheep, chickens and ducks. The rest are very boring parent-child projects or none at all. It is also very inconvenient to hail a taxi, the service staff are busy and have a bad temper, and the management is irregular. I would rather not come to a store with so many gimmicks like this in the future. I would like to give some advice to all families with children, and travel with caution. Their rooms have been cleaned very slowly recently, and you may be delayed in checking in because there are not enough people to clean them.

I like the room very much. It's a log cabin. I was worried before I went there, but I was very satisfied after I arrived. I'm considering staying in a bigger room next time. The service is great. The hotel shuttle bus is available almost at any time. The breakfast is also very good, with rich content. The rice balls are especially delicious. I read the reviews before and didn't have much expectation. I didn't expect it to be so good. You still have to experience it yourself to understand it. It's good. We played horseback riding, go-karting, fed cute pets, swung on the bamboo swing, and had a lot of fun with the children. It's a slow life, sleeping in, basking in the sun on the hotel balcony, strolling in the bamboo forest, and breathing fresh air in the tea garden. Of course, I also prepared a lot of activities by myself, such as bringing my own rubbing dyeing, picking leaves and plum blossoms by the tea garden, bringing my own painting, painting on the grass next to the hotel, pretending to explore the creek next to the hotel, and finding the green spider that spent the winter in the bamboo leaves last year in the bamboo forest... Of course, the hotel has a lot of activities, and the activities are also very rich. Mainly because some of us don't have a strong sense of time, so we just have fun by ourselves.

The stay was quite satisfactory. The family room was clean and hygienic. The children loved it. There is also a coffee bar in the lobby of the main building. There is a large lawn next to it where children can fly kites. There are many activities in the hotel. It was a very good stay. The butler sailing service was perfect and responsive. I will come again next time

The hotel environment is very good. The family villa booked has two rooms suitable for a family trip. The air is very good, suitable for the elderly to take a walk in the morning. The hotel terrace faces the tea garden, full of green. In addition, the hotel restaurant tastes good, the local eggs are very fragrant, and I bought eggs before leaving and went home to cook tea eggs!
