"Let's start with the only positive: the hotel is located within the ancient town, which makes it convenient to explore and pop back for a rest whenever needed. The overall cleanliness was decent; on the first day, I requested cleaning before heading out, and my room was tidied up by the time I returned. My biggest complaint is how incredibly small the room was. I've never stayed in such a tiny hotel; it barely fit two beds with just enough room to walk. There was no desk, only one chair. The facilities were very old and run-down. The wall outlets were so loose that my charger wouldn't even stay in. The air conditioning would turn off shortly after being switched on, requiring me to get up and restart it every time. I couldn't tell if it was broken or intentionally set up that way. Luckily, it wasn't cold during my stay, so the AC issue wasn't a major problem."

The bathroom and everything else weren't clean either; there was even a dried insect corpse wrapped in a bath towel 🤮. Facilities: The facilities are old and don't look like they belong to a hotel built only 3 years ago 😓. The underground parking garage signage is unclear, making parking inconvenient. Service: We were told by phone that a butler would be assigned to us, but no staff member ever contacted us, even upon departure. Hours after checking out, they even called to ask if we had checked out. The management is chaotic. Environment: We booked a room with a view, and the spot for watching fireworks was quite good."

"It was definitely a memorable experience. If you have enough patience, you'll understand: 1) Check-in takes ten minutes for everyone, and with a queue of over ten people, you can count the steps yourself. The guide mentioned that check-in could also be done at the check-out area, but the check-out staff said, "Who told you to come here?" 2) During rush hour, the elevator is out of service; you have to go to the top floor and then climb twenty floors at a time, stopping at each floor. Children crying, elderly people with numb legs—a full half-hour elevator experience! 3) Parking is outside; the so-called underground garage is not open to the public, and charging stations are out of the question. In short, this is a guesthouse, but you have to pay four-star prices."

"Highly recommended, it's perfect for unwinding. You can go skiing during the day and watch fireworks or enjoy the water at night – very pleasant. The surrounding environment is also great, with lake views right outside. There are even black swans! The butler was very responsible, always accommodating and ready to answer any questions, very attentive. The cleanliness was also good, and the best part is that it's a standalone unit so you don't hear much noise, making it ideal for relaxing and a vacation. This is a hotel I would definitely book again. Very satisfied!"

Children can Playing in it for an afternoon, I found a few frogs unique to Zhejiang in the hotel in the evening. It would be better if there was an indoor park. After all, playing outdoors in summer is either bitten by mosquitoes or hot."

The location of the apartment is also excellent, with many attractions nearby, just a few minutes' drive away, making travel very convenient. The host was also incredibly welcoming and recommended a local restaurant, the food of which was very authentic and the most satisfying meal of our trip. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huzhou!"

"This time I brought my dog to this hotel during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I had a very good impression. This is a very suitable hotel for dogs. The staff are very friendly to dogs. They also gave dog toys and cups and glasses when leaving the hotel. room voucher. The large outdoor lawn and artificial creek are great for dogs to play in. There are not many rooms in total, so even if they are full, you don’t feel like there are too many people. You can basically monopolize the lawn. If you come with a lot of friends, we also provide a barbecue grill, canopy, tables and chairs, making it a camping-friendly place. There are also many sweet-scented osmanthus trees planted here, and in this season the sweet scent of sweet-scented osmanthus fills the air. Another point worth mentioning is that the catering here is also very good. For the convenience of people with dogs, they are all private rooms and will not affect other people's dining. The food tastes very good, recommended! It is about 8 kilometers away from Taihu Ancient Town and it is very convenient to drive there."
