"I checked into your hotel on the evening of the 9th. Since I didn't bring a change of clothes, I washed my own clothes and placed my earphones inside the hotel bathrobe. After checking out around noon on the 10th, I immediately remembered I had left my earphones behind and contacted the front desk to leave a message clearly stating that they were in the bathrobe and requesting that they be kept safe. However, when I went to the front desk to retrieve my items on the 11th, the staff only contacted the cleaning lady at the last minute. She replied that she couldn't find them in the bathrobe, and the matter was left unresolved. The items I left behind on the 10th were only checked the next day; the earphones have most likely already been washed with the linens. I find this inefficiency and the outcome unacceptable. In addition, several issues were found during this stay: 1. There were no hooks in the bathroom, so towels could not be left inside. Guests had to leave the bathroom to retrieve them, posing a slippery safety hazard. 2. The electronic scale in the room was out of power and unusable, rendering it useless. 3. The television screen in the room was dim and lacked sufficient brightness, affecting viewing. 4. The male manager at the front desk was indifferent, offering no basic greetings and displaying a stiff facial expression, resulting in a very poor experience. I frequently travel to Changxing for business and am a Jinjiang Platinum Card member. I had high expectations for your hotel, but the service level and efficiency in handling issues during this stay were far inferior to my first stay. Overall, I was very disappointed. I hope the hotel will address these issues and provide reasonable solutions and improvements."

"This was a truly awful experience. First, upon check-in, the front desk staff was unfamiliar with their system. They couldn't find my reservation at first. After I showed them my Ctrip order, they found it but said I had only booked for two nights, even though my booking was for three. Eventually, she found another two-night reservation, claiming it was from an agent, but I only ever had one continuous three-night booking with Ctrip. It wasn't my fault at any point, but the front desk showed no apology and was unfriendly. It was only when I angrily threatened to complain to Ctrip that they finally sorted out my three-night continuous stay. Secondly, there was absolutely no contact from any butler or staff throughout my stay. I wasn't informed about local tourist attractions or performances, and there was simply no service provided. Thirdly, on my second day, at 1:30 PM, while I was resting in my room, I was disturbed by a phone call from the front desk asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I'm a light sleeper, and this interruption meant I couldn't get back to sleep for the next 45 minutes, no matter how hard I tried. Because of this midday disturbance, I developed a headache later that afternoon and evening (I suffer from migraines, which typically flare up when I'm overworked and haven't rested well, but usually subside after rest. I hadn't had an attack for six months – thanks a lot!). I angrily complained to Ctrip that afternoon, and they forwarded it to the 'manager.' The manager called to offer a verbal apology but essentially implied that since there were two separate bookings, they called me. Later, listening to a recording I casually made, it was clear that your phone staff knew I had a booking for the next day and were asking if I wanted to extend *tomorrow afternoon*. Is this how your hotel treats guests? Disturbing a guest's rest, and the manager just offers a verbal apology, primarily shifting blame to the reseller. Fourthly, most of the scenic family rooms offer a side view. I requested a front-facing room or a higher floor, but was told there were very few available and I'd have to wait until the next day after check-out. I didn't want the hassle, so I settled, and thankfully, I could still see the fireworks completely. Compared to our stay at Moganshan Senbo Kaiyuan, this hotel is just a hotel. The breakfast was especially poor, there was no service to speak of, no butler, and they even call you during your midday nap. They refuse to admit their mistakes, always blaming the agent. There's simply no service attitude or quality to be found. Oh, and speaking of breakfast, the breakfast staff charged us 38 RMB. Even after showing her our breakfast-inclusive booking for three people, it took until the second day for a refund. And then she claimed it was our fault for not asking for the refund when we left on the first day."

The cabin booked has a swimming pool. Check-in time is 5.3. There are 4 cabins in total. Since I arrived at the hotel to check in at around 6 o'clock that day, I was assigned to room 1105. When I entered the door, I first smelled a very strong smell of damp wood. Secondly, the shade of the tree outside the floor-to-ceiling window facing the bed was very coefficient. The restaurant was in front of the left and the conference room was in front, which was far from the main picture of Ctrip's official website. Let's talk about the swimming pool. There were bugs, insects, leaves in the water, and the water was not full. Let's talk about the hotel's promotion of Dyson hair dryers. The filter was removed. It is understandable that the cleaning lady cleaned the inside of the filter, but in fact there is still a lot of garbage concentrated outside the filter. Service: 2.5 points for service are given to the shuttle master. He was very enthusiastic to help carry the box, and the shuttle bus was also very fast. On the first night of our stay, due to the above-mentioned facility problems, my girlfriend asked the front desk to clean the pool and change rooms, but the hotel said that all rooms were fully booked and could not be changed, and there was no compensation. "On a whim, I took my dog and family to Shanghai for a weekend. I searched for pet-friendly hotels on Ctrip and finally booked this Radisson. Before I left, Miss Anny contacted me in advance and told me to travel safely. She also helped to adjust the room in advance. My impression of her increased immediately. After arriving at the hotel, the service was also very warm and thoughtful. The dog peed in the lobby but no one blamed me. She also helped to carry the luggage to the room.
