As soon as I entered the manor, I felt another space. It is a homestay with pursuit and warmth. It is the absolute first choice for those who like quiet and private enjoyment. I stayed for two nights and it rained all day. I read books, listened to music and the sound of rain in the room. I got rid of the previous fatigue and completely completed a recharge. I felt that my whole body was creating positive cells. Let me talk about a few more features: 1. The restaurant is delicious. I experienced breakfast and dinner. The Chinese food prepared by the chef with fresh ingredients of the day was very good. The children at home were very happy. 2. The housekeeper and staff are very friendly and warm. They also helped us arrange a VIP boat tour to the manor in the wetland park on the other side. 3. The room is very large. Those who like wooden pastoral style will definitely enjoy it. It has the comfort of home, and the various facilities are of high standards and very online. A family of three stayed in the room for a whole day and felt that it was not enough. Anyway, I felt that there was nothing comparable to this place when I experienced it at the first stop of this trip. The experience far exceeded all kinds of five-star hotels. I hope I will have the opportunity to experience it in different seasons in the future.

這次帶狗狗來住了兩天，酒店寵物友好，入住送了大禮包，狗狗特別喜歡送的球！管家十柒和菜菜服務非常到位。房間我們超級喜歡，泡池大，桑拿房真的加分！minibar也給了很多東西。然後特別表揚一下他們家的chef，我們兩個人兩天用了一頓西餐兩頓中餐，沒有一道菜難吃的。酒店裡的DIY松果畫活動也很好玩，管家服務熱情，也幫我們照顧狗狗。反觀橄欖莊園那裡帶我們製作無患子手串的管家，對人愛搭不理，一副死相。讓我們感到特別失望的是阿姨做完續住打掃我們回去後發現：早餐沒收，放在門口，回去門口全是蟲，拖鞋、浴袍、地巾 全部都沒換。水不補，地不拖，床品不換，泡池不清潔，吹風機不復位。完全沒有達到最基本的打掃標準。後我們聯繫管家讓阿姨再回來打掃，阿姨態度極差，説話沖，聽不懂我們説的話，因為態度惡劣不想讓她進門打掃，請她離開也一動不動，還在門口和另一個阿姨用聽不懂的方言溝通，感覺也不像什麼好話。很後悔沒有及時錄音。非常影響我們出門度假的心情，希望酒店以後多培訓一下阿姨和個別管家，目前的服務真的和價位不匹配。後續的處理以送了水果和免了我們的兩天400塊錢寵物清潔費告終，再次表示失望。

My husband and I joked that the 'Welcome fruits' turned into 'Farewell fruits,' but we appreciated the thought, so it's all good 😂. ⚠️ Some genuine suggestions for the hotel: 1. **Smart toilet 'torture':** The heated seat was still on in mid-summer, which was really scorching. I suggest adjusting it automatically based on the season. Due to the Toto model, the remote is fixed to the wall, so guests can't turn off the seat heating themselves. Engineering, please address this quickly. 2. **Shower maintenance:** Half of the overhead showerhead was clogged, causing uneven water flow. I hope it can be cleaned regularly, and housekeeping should check the shower equipment when cleaning. 3. **Amenity check:** Could housekeeping also pay attention to the remaining shampoo volume when cleaning? 4. **Corridor light logic:** The motion sensor was too sensitive in the middle of the night. Once it turned on, it didn't automatically turn off, so it stayed lit all night. The design isn't smart enough. Overall, it's a value-for-money resort with a solid foundation. This time I took the elderly and children to stay in the Fireworks Building Family Suite. The overall experience was perfect and exceeded expectations! The suite has a wide space, reasonable partitions, and the family lives in a relaxed and comfortable place. The most surprising thing is the viewing balcony, facing the waters of the ancient town of Taihu Lake, without going downstairs to squeeze the crowd, without grabbing the viewing seat in advance, you can fully watch the whole iron flower, gorgeous fireworks and beautiful water curtain light show in the room. At night, the evening breeze is blowing to see the sky full of gold iron flowers, the lake fireworks reflect the water waves, the atmosphere is directly full, the children are particularly excited, the elders do not have to stand for a long time, the whole process is relaxed and comfortable.

Service: The service was excellent. A specialist contacted us a day in advance to help arrange a room with a fantastic view of the fireworks. They even sent a reminder message when it was time. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I'm very satisfied. Facilities: It's a bit of a shame there's no fridge. The foot traffic is really high. We stayed two nights but couldn't get a table at the rooftop restaurant. The performance venue is conveniently located right across the street, but it gets very crowded and a bit hot. The resort truly embodies the concept of ”hotel as part of the landscape,” with the babbling brooks and layered mountains stretching as far as the eye can see, making every day feel like living in a painting. Here, people and nature blend seamlessly together. We heard that the owner invested a whopping 200 million yuan in 2015, spending four years meticulously crafting this scenic spot to create Shangyin. The resort covers 200 acres, yet only has 40 guest rooms—this restraint itself is a luxury. The longer we stayed, the more we felt the care and sincerity of the builders in every corner. Regarding the accommodations: The layout, furnishings, amenities, and facilities of the rooms were all designed for comfort. It wasn't ostentatious luxury, but rather a sense of proportion designed by someone who truly understands life and rest. The bedding was especially reassuring—perfectly thick and soft against the skin, ensuring a restful and dreamless night's sleep. Even the smallest details, like the lighting, the blackout curtains, and the consistent shower water temperature, were just right. Regarding the food: The restaurant serves authentic local specialties, with fresh ingredients and restrained yet flavorful cooking—not the kind of perfunctory ”standard farmhouse cuisine” often served to tourists. Breakfast is also thoughtfully prepared; while the variety isn't extravagant, the essential hot porridge, side dishes, whole grains, and pastries are all elegantly presented and clean, making for a comfortable and satisfying meal. Regarding the staff: The staff here are highly qualified, providing warm and attentive service. From the front desk to the restaurant, from room service to shuttle bus service, every step demonstrates sincerity and meticulous attention. It's not a mechanical smile, but a genuine desire for you to relax here. It is precisely because of the excellent facilities and service that our whole family was able to completely unwind from our daily fatigue and truly enjoy a period of complete relaxation and rest. The owner has essentially taken over an entire mountain, from the lake at the bottom to the tea house at the top, with fruit orchards and vegetable gardens in between. You can pick different fruits depending on the season. Hygiene: Very clean! Not a single strand of hair in the lobby. The cleaning staff starts early in the morning and is still tidying up past 11 PM, even meticulously cleaning each window. Breakfast: I had read reviews saying the breakfast had limited options, but this time, there were so many varieties! Plus, the stir-fried dishes changed daily. Perhaps because they're farm-to-table, all the vegetables were incredibly delicious and sweet! They also had pickled vegetables and bamboo shoot noodles, just like childhood. Service: All the staff greet you warmly; it feels more like a family-run hotel. If you're comparing it to a five-star hotel, you might find some differences, but the staff, especially the young ladies, remember your face. If you forget your key card and go to the front desk, they'll know your room number just by looking at you. A special shout-out to the young lady with an oval face and ponytail; she walked us to the door when we left and invited us back when the 'fried' season (likely a local delicacy or fruit) starts in August. Restaurant: The restaurant food is excellent! The ingredients are incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the fish head and tofu soup; it has absolutely no fishy taste! And the prices are very reasonable. Room Facilities: Since we stayed in a basic room type this time, the room wasn't huge, but the massive floor-to-ceiling windows offered a very expansive view. The only drawback is that the mountain opposite is a coal mine, which slightly affects the scenery. Activities: You can choose from paid activities like fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and boat rides. Any fish you catch can be prepared for free at the restaurant.

This time I stayed at the Radisson Manor in my hometown and felt very warm. At check-in, the front desk learned that someone was on their birthday during our stay and immediately upgraded the room. Moreover, Manager Wang Lixia personally sent us a birthday gift box and sent us to the room. In the evening, Manager Wang ordered the chef to make us a large bowl of birthday double egg noodles for free, and personally sent us a pot of free pre-dinner fruit, which surprised us constantly. The hotel is located in the longevity township of Chuanbu Village, with a beautiful environment, surrounded by mountains and streams. The hotel's water source is good, and the mineral water in the room is also the natural mountain spring water of Chuanbu Changshou Village. The bedding is clean and new, comfortable to use, including the bathroom towels. Butler service is in place. When we continued to live, the room was also cleaned up and replenished the room supplies in time. The housekeeper sent welcome fruit on the day of check-in.
