I'd say it was just okay, definitely not a 5-star service. Out of all the 5-star hotels I've stayed in, this was the worst experience. You have to walk through a lot of shops to get from the lobby to your room, which makes it feel too commercial and lacks privacy. The lobby itself is pretty grand, but once you leave it, the quality drops. Also, the parking lot is incredibly far, requiring a walk through the conference area. Having to do that multiple times a day really made me not want to go out.

Service: The housekeeper, Qiqi, was very attentive and answered all our questions. Cleanliness: Very clean, especially the glass which was spotless. Facilities: The air conditioning was too noisy (even on the lowest fan speed). I couldn't sleep with it on due to the noise, but it was too cold with it off. Everything else was fine. It was a unique experience having a white tiger downstairs at the hotel. The package included the zoo and skiing, which was convenient, and we also got half-price admission to other scenic spots. Overall, it was a great experience.

We booked 2 rooms and one of the room came with a stench and we managed to get a room change. After changing, the next room came in a dirty state especially the bath tub and the TV wasn't working. Since it was already late at night when we checked-in, we decided not to change room another time. Overall, it was a bad experience for a 5 star hotel which was recommended as a must-stay in this area.

Massive hotel with really a lot of rooms, dedicated to mass tourism in the nearby entertainment area. Location is more quiet than other Hotels in the area. Room was nice and quite clean. Public areas starts to show wearing due to high presence. A couple of broken glass on the balcony (on very high floor) in the vaste breakfast area. Talking about breakfast, feeling was not good at all. Too many people, organized but chaotic and personnel always on the run that can’t follow your request properly. Public areas are ok, many shops, but few entertainments. Honestly, considering that other hotels are even worse, next time will be just a daily trip.
