和家人一起來到湖州遊玩，第二站選擇了龍之夢百花島酒店。也是和家裡這位老戰友的21週年紀念日，房間鄰湖而居，管家小紀提前幫溝通客房佈置，而且非常熱情，服務根棒，雖然中間出了些小插曲，不過有小紀完美解決。下次還會選擇入住的！

出行都有接駁車，酒店環境非常優美，所見即所得，工作人員會詳細給我們介紹周邊環境還有演出場次時間等等，行程安排建議也很合理，晚上還可以直接在陽台看完煙花秀，特別特別要贊一下酒店工作人員的服務，每一位都很棒，完完全全賓至如歸的體驗感！

地理位置十分便利，離龍之夢動物園、大馬戲、古鎮、冰雪世界都很近，鬧中取靜，獨棟的水上別墅私密性也很好。
訂房後紀管家就跟蹤服務，接待、安排房間、給小朋友準備生日蛋糕、安排早餐套餐、車來車往等等，服務相當到位👍而且裏面的工作人員都非常熱情，對小朋友也特別關心。
房間的佈置是便大氣的中式風格，床品也很舒適，睡渣這次竟然沒有因為換地方睡而失眠，一覺睡到9點多……😄
酒店還送了大馬戲和冰雪小鎮的門票，推薦大馬戲，孩子非常喜歡。
這次因為下雨沒有去成動物園，小遺憾，但也收穫了被黑天鵝們獨寵的機會，下次去的話還是會選擇百花島

酒店是一棟棟的臨水別墅，環境非常好，空氣也很清新，管家服務特別到位，整體硬件配套也超級完善。距離古鎮步行五分鐘，晚上還可以看到煙花秀。百花島這次唯一遺憾的是四月份島上沒有花，下次換個兩三月份來！

設施：酒店在水域邊，空氣很好，管家蠻貼心的，酒店內部正餐餐標要一萬五以上，可能這是我的缺點😂，點外賣到接待中心，工作人員會幫忙送到房間。晚上可以在房間裏直接看到太湖古鎮的煙花，尤其是坐在二樓陽台上的搖椅上，別有一番滋味在心頭。

地理位置相當方便，去馬戲和動物世界都有酒店接駁車，下車後都可以步行到達。酒店設施很新，房間很大，環境優美，在房間陽台就可以看煙花秀。管家服務到位，有問必答，在這裏特別感謝管家小小J非常周到，提前聯繫我們，還幫我們準備好了嬰兒床，全家人在這裏三天兩夜度過了愉快的春節假期。

家庭6大1小1狗，超級滿意的一次旅行！！服務簡直有求必應！
入住前一天，管家J和我聯繫，安排了嬰兒床給我們，還特意把我和朋友安排在臨近的房間，提前問我們要了車牌號，方便入住時候直接進度假村。
入住當天也出來迎接，第一次帶寶寶和狗狗旅行，心裏沒底，搬家一樣的大包小包。
接待處門口有停車，度假村裡有接駁車，步行也不是很遠。
房間很大很新很乾凈，飲用水提供的依雲，春節期間在陽台看了兩天的煙花。
房間有小冰箱，電磁爐，微波爐，建議可以自帶食材，過年期間，吃飯是唯一的問題，沒有正餐餐廳。
衞生間缺少小擦手巾，這個一點點的不方便。
早餐在22號樓，東西還不錯，還提供湯麪餛飩餃子。
其他簡直完美，是最近住過最滿意的酒店！！！
下次還要去住，希望下次服務水準依舊在線。

臨時決定的出行，訂酒店的時候因為允許攜帶寵物跳出來的酒店，看了多人的評價都很好就覺得入住了。來了之後真的有驚喜到，不僅環境超級好，管家和各崗位的工作人員都超級好，路過的工作人員喝接駁車路過都會問一下有沒有需要。尤其是丁管家，會在第一時間幫我們安排合理的出行，還會在遊玩項目時間快到前提醒我們，就連什麼地方值得去，什麼飯店好吃也在第一時間告訴我們了，少走了不少彎路，真的感覺無論什麼時候有需要都能第一時間滿足。在人擠人的節假日還能體驗到世外桃源般的愜意，真的覺得無比幸運，看其他酒店人員爆滿服務也跟不上，萬幸自己到的是百花島。順便説一句，周邊唯一能邊玩邊享受又能讓寵物自由自在的衹有這了。而且周邊的黑天鵝就門前，足夠玩一下午了，連着的盆景園也可以觀賞，裏面的小動物投喂也輕鬆，不用去動物園擠人頭，感覺到了這哪哪都賺了😝
