插座有點少就一個插座房間隔音較差，12點退房11點20卡都不能用了，望多多改善

比旁邊的美棲灣酒店要好多了，美棲灣裏麪的老阿姨前台早上9點鐘入住還要多交30元，當時提前預訂了好幾天，一點眼力勁都沒有。也比附近寶隆酒店要好，晚上吃個燒烤外面竟然發現大門上了鎖，問前台，前台大爺説大半夜吃什麼燒烤呀。真無語。貝殼前台服務人很不錯，貝殼衞生環境做的是同等價位裏面比較好的，衞生條件是能接受的。相比於附近其它酒店，感覺真是個酒店，不是民宿改裝的，洗漱台不是包漿的大理石，都是用得陶瓷的，這就很好。還有就是房間隔音效果可以在搞好一點，隔音效果有點不好。

房間一點也不隔音，半夜隔壁玩手機聲音聽得清清楚楚。
凌晨12多住酒店客户走路聲音聽得清清楚楚。
早上打掃衞生推小車的聲音，還有聊天聲音，一夜沒睡好

設施：房間太窄，成年人上廁所到處都會碰頭，地漏是怪的，洗個澡感覺在游泳

因為家裡在裝修，一直住的酒店沒房了，選了這家臨時住下，結果臨街超級吵，旁邊店晚上十點半還在大喇叭放音樂，家人睡著了我就找了攜程在線跟酒店溝通，結果一個超級響的電話打來把我家人吵醒，導致最後我家人一晚上衹睡了一小時，隔音太差完全沒法好好休息，應該不會再來住這家了
