With the hot weather, the room was kept at a comfortable 23 degrees Celsius, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety. For afternoon tea, you can have unlimited coffee, though there weren't many pastries, and it seemed like there was no hot water available."

Although it's quite a distance from the amusement park, it's very close to the train station, only about ten minutes away. The room definitely lives up to its five-star standard; it was very clean and the soundproofing was excellent. What really stood out was the bedding – as soon as I lay down, I slept incredibly comfortably until morning. Plus, the view from the window was quite expansive."

"Right next to Wujin High-Speed Rail Station, and just a 5-minute walk to Yanghu Road subway station – you're practically there as soon as you exit! The giant Totoro plushie in the lobby is a real eye-catcher. The room decor is super soft and cozy, with cute Totoro details everywhere, even on the keycard sleeve. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. Definitely worth a stay!"

Lisa from the service center was enthusiastic in following up with me. All the hotel staff are polite and welcoming. I'll definitely come back to stay again."

"Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the only one where I had to make five calls just to inquire about a room type – either no one picked up or I got a busy signal, and I never got through to the front desk. I ended up contacting a staff member directly to get in touch with a dedicated butler. The butler, as always, was incredibly helpful and responsible, providing detailed answers to all my questions. The hotel's kids' club is chargeable. The 1350-priced family room is beautiful, but it doesn't include kids' club tickets. Interestingly, the twin room has a package that does. I'd recommend purchasing the 799 room type package if you want kids' club tickets, as it's a better deal for families with children. There's no robot service for food delivery, so it's best to contact the butler directly, as they are quite responsible. When I called the front desk for food delivery after checking in, the attitude was quite indifferent, with standard phrases like 'Hello, how can I help you? Oh, we don't have that.' My food sat in the hotel lobby for almost half an hour without being delivered. When I called again, no one picked up after being transferred, so I had to contact the butler again. I can only say that the only reason I'm not leaving a negative review is solely due to the excellent service provided by the butler."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes off the highway and about a kilometer from the Dinosaur Park. You can easily take the hotel shuttle or even walk there. The front desk staff, especially Chen Xiaoxiao, was very friendly and provided personalized service. They even have robots to deliver your takeout orders."

We will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. There was a slight smell of renovation materials inside the elevator as it's newly decorated, but I'm sure it will dissipate over time. "A charming, garden-style hotel situated right in Qingguo Alley. Although the rooms aren't overly spacious, they are spotless, and the aesthetic is exactly what I like. It's incredibly convenient – you can step right out and easily explore the area, with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Both Tianning Temple and Changzhou Yinsi Noodle Restaurant are within easy walking distance. Before my arrival, the hotel's butler thoughtfully sent detailed instructions for parking and the walking route from the parking lot to the hotel, which was incredibly considerate. What's more, the parking lot even had charging stations for our car – that was a huge bonus! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

The front desk handled the procedures for making up the difference and changing rooms, and the communication attitude was also very good. The suite space is indeed larger than the basic room type. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel's breakfast was quite pleasant, the category was very rich, hot dishes, noodles, drinks, and fruits were all complete, and it would not be tired to change it every day for so many days. It is more convenient to eat and take a taxi around Xinghu Square Shopping Mall. The overall price difference is still worth the money. The long-term stay has not stepped on the thunder. It is very suitable to live here for daily travel. I will consider this next time."
