Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! The environment was pretty good, and it wasn't too crowded because of the rain. My child absolutely loved the hot springs, but I was surprised to find out that children's hot spring tickets weren't included in our package and we had to pay extra for anyone over 80cm tall. The facilities at the resort are quite spread out. The main building is close to the hot springs, but it's a three-minute walk to the shuttle bus for Songguo Park. If you're traveling with kids, staying at Songguo might be a better option. It probably would have been even better if the weather had cooperated. We didn't get to experience Songguo Park this time, so we'll have to go back again.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The hotel faces West Taihu Lake, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The room has been renovated and is very new. Our butler, Beth, was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. We are very satisfied and will definitely be back. Next time, I'll bring my parents to visit Changzhou. Looking forward to it!

We love this place! The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff and personal butlers- 李雪梅 were warm, professional, and always willing to help. Any additional requests we had were handled promptly and thoughtfully, making the entire stay effortless and enjoyable. The park itself is a beautifully designed destination inspired by traditional Chinese culture and the world of ancient martial arts and fantasy. The landscaping is stunning, with lush greenery and peaceful surroundings that make every corner feel picturesque. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food throughout the park—there were plenty of delicious dining options to enjoy. This is a wonderful destination for families with children as well as anyone looking to experience a unique blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. We had an amazing time and would gladly recommend it to anyone planning a family getaway.

I was so shocked by how big my room was for such a cheap price! The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. Very clean. The staff don’t speak English but it’s no problem as we could use translation apps. They helped me to order food on the delivery app. The location is quite convenient as it’s near to a metro station. I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Facilities: Comprehensive, especially the clothes hanger under the air conditioner. Cleanliness: Fairly good. Always bring your own alcohol wipes and other items to clean up after going out. Bedding was immaculate. Service: From the front desk check-in to the floor cleaning, I was very satisfied. Environment: While unassuming on the outside, the interior is absolutely stunning! The elevator card swipe is reassuring. I didn't expect the included breakfast. While not very substantial, the eggs and porridge were generally satisfactory.

The room is very good, Xiaodu control, the TV is very large, the room is very clean, electric heated toilet, electric curtains, Xiangyang Bridge is nearby, the scenery is very good, 2 kilometers away is Bibo Lake Park, the scenery is good, but there is no vegetarian food for breakfast, good reviews. The front desk lady has a good attitude and is very beautiful 😃
