Guest UserStaying for two nights was so relaxing!
The lakeside hot spring tickets for two: Soaking in the hot springs at night was very atmospheric. We prepared our swimsuits beforehand; the hot springs have changing rooms, but we changed in our room, put on our robes, and headed over. Each hot spring had a water temperature display, and there were mugwort, carnation, and traditional Chinese medicine pools. After soaking for a while, we felt so comfortable, slightly sweaty, and warm all over. You should definitely try the hotel's casserole fish head.
Our butler service was very warm and attentive.
I personally think the hotel breakfast is on par with a five-star hotel. While it doesn't have as much variety as a five-star, it has everything you need. The room facilities are a bit dated.
We went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The package with a meal was the most cost-effective. A shuttle bus takes you to the entrance. You walk a bit, then take a one-way mini-train. You can either take the cable car to the mountaintop first or the ground cable car to the panda house first. Both the cable car and ground cable car tickets are round trip. If you're tired on the way back, just buy a one-way mini-train ticket. If you still have energy, you can walk, and you'll pass by the Little Goose Park to watch a show. The whole trip took about 4 hours. After leaving, we ate the meal included in the package – you can choose between a hot pot restaurant or a fish head restaurant. We chose hot pot, and the two pots were more than enough for two people. Parking was 15 for one visit.

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

The room was beyond my expectation, very big and clean, the cabinet settings were very convenient, parking was convenient, and the shower was also one-touch start, which I loved. The location was unique, and Tianmu Lake Landscape Park was just across the road. I left a message and asked for two bed guards, and they responded quickly. I felt that the hotel staff were very elegant and polite from clothing to behavior, which reflected the high level of management of the hotel. There is an open-air children's playground on the second floor, which is also clean and large. Those who like to see the lake view can choose a lake view room, which has a good view. The room attendant also thoughtfully put a towel under my suitcase, which was super thoughtful. The fish head with sweet vinegar sauce, rice cakes, and lake shrimps in the Chinese restaurant are super delicious, and the breakfast is also very rich. The wontons are not very stale meat like some hotels that save costs, but real meat fillings. I like Tianmu Lake Hotel👍

Guest UserThe resort is massive, but there are plenty of shuttle buses, which is super convenient. We were upgraded to a twin room in the main building. The room was very clean, and the view was fantastic; we could see the lake from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, but it was still quite quiet at night. There's a wide variety of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded at all on a weekday evening, so we had a great time soaking. The changing area is also very spacious. The breakfast restaurant is huge, with a rich selection, and the food actually tasted good too. All the staff were very friendly. I'm very satisfied with this trip! Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, but I'll definitely come back next time to enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The facilities were a bit dated, and there was a slight leak under the sink. It was convenient to access the hot springs from the hotel, and we could even wear the hot spring loungewear back to the room, which was a thoughtful touch since our bathrobes were already wet. However, the auntie at the fruit counter in the hot spring's second-floor lounge area had a very bad attitude. Also, when I asked a waitress at the restaurant entrance about the heartwarming congee, she had no idea and I had to point to the sign for her. There's a serious lack of training there. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. I especially want to praise the heartwarming congee served after the hot springs. It was made with freshly picked shepherd's purse from spring, which was incredibly comforting for a light hunger after a soak.

Facilities: Very new, with new equipment and a modern feel.
Hygiene: Very clean, no strange odors.
Service: Professional. This hotel is definitely the best value for money near Wuyue Plaza. It's excellent. The hotel is clean, and both the bed and room are spacious enough. I'd come again if I have the chance.

This time my family went on a trip to Tianmu Lake to experience the Pinecone Hotel under Hantian for the first time. We were really pleasantly surprised. The suite we booked fully met the needs of the family. I contacted my manager Wang Jie and housekeeper Fu Honghua to provide a very good service. The service, resort and hot springs are all good. I will definitely choose this place next time I go to Tianmu Lake.

Guest UserI chose this hotel for a trip with my child, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, with enough space for my child to run around. They even provided children's toiletries and small slippers, which was a very thoughtful touch. Front desk staff, Lily and Ella, were very gentle with my child and responded quickly to any questions. The surrounding area was convenient for transportation and dining. It was very comfortable to return to the room to rest after a tiring day of playing. My child enjoyed their stay very much, and it made traveling with a child stress-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Daisy LeeMy friends and I chose to visit Liyang during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel is relatively new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. However,
Regarding the 'complimentary room upgrade for consecutive stays (subject to availability)': We didn't receive it. They said the twin room we booked was already the best available.
Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.
