I didn't ask to change the quilt. Can't I change it if there are obvious blood stains? Moreover, the bloodstains were already there when the quilt was put on, and they were not washed off. . . Outside the hotel is the West Taihu Lake, but there is no supporting facilities, obviously it is not well developed, it is very desolate. . . The breakfast restaurant service is not bad, the executive lounge service is also good, the front desk and room service need to be improved. All in all, I've been here once and won't come back for a second time. . .

The newly opened hotel is very large. When staying during the Spring Festival, the lobby and aisles are really cold, probably due to energy saving. The front desk staff is not very enthusiastic, it may be related to the Spring Festival. The swimming pool is the highlight, there is a small jacuzzi, the water temperature is very hot, suitable for children to play in the water. There are no swimming laps and floating boards in the swimming pool, you can only buy what you need. The room is nice, facing the lake, it's dark at night, and there's nothing to see. Trash bins and tissue boxes are poorly placed and seem to save money. There is a children's club, how should I put it, just some magnetic building blocks, and no one brings them to do some small crafts. Maybe this hotel is positioned as a business hotel, and the baby has nothing to do. Let's talk about the Happy hour on the executive floor, starting at 15 o'clock, just a few small biscuits. The light meal in the evening starts at 17:30. Because of the Spring Festival, people are waiting for something to eat before 17:00. There is nothing to eat, and the level of 15 box lunches, the expectation is lowered, and it is enough to fill the stomach. There is also a strange thing, the baby's birthday, the hotel is very good at offering cakes, and the phone communicated that it can be delivered in the afternoon on the day of check-in, but it didn't come anyway. At 22:54 in the evening, the whole family was already asleep, and suddenly heard the doorbell, thinking What a big deal, but the door said that a cake was delivered... I didn't sleep well all night!

It's a very new hotel, the service is also very good, the scenery is first-class, the swimming pool is constant temperature, so swimming in winter is not cold, the only regret is that the children's paradise has not been built, look forward to it
