The hotel faces West Taihu Lake, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The room has been renovated and is very new. Our butler, Beth, was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. The lobby has a high ceiling and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light. The afternoon sun fills the hall, which is beautiful. Ellie, one of the staff members, is kind and patient. I've stayed here several times already and always choose this hotel; it's very comfortable. Great location, very clean and great air flow in the rooms. All staff are friendly and always happy to help. Most of the staff speak English too which is a great help. I have stayed here a few times, and it's always a pleasant stay.

This hotel is right next to Lanyue Bay Square, perfect for an evening stroll along West Taihu Lake to clear your head. The staff, especially Ellie, are super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
