10月份，冷，太冷了，沒有空調，沒有熱水，但是有熱水壺，可以燒水，沒有洗澡水，沒有電視。電梯太半夜的也會叮咚叮咚響，睡眠輕的會瘋掉

單人間房間設施齊全，床鋪衞生真的一般，挨着馬路晚上車多很吵，需要關窗睡覺。門不太隔音，樓道開關門和説話聲大，影響睡覺

屋裡臭乎乎的 就連走廊都有 不誇張的説有公測的味道 付款了就不能退了 睡的不好 隔音差 空調噪音大 反正不建議居住 還是得實地考察再定
