Stayed for 2 nights. Room was big and bed was nice. There isn't a remote for the Tv, need to switch off by the button at the back of the Tv.

The location for the hotel is good with lots of food options around that just around the corner
The room is spacious the only downside is there no hook for the clothes during shower… the basin next to the bed might want to consider adding a blockage as the water from the tap will spills a bit

Quality and choice of food served at breakfast is bad. Lift and corridor maintenance condition is also bad.

The hotel looks quite old and the toilet corners look dirty. The hotel located next to the hotel so it smells a little at the lift area. The bathroom can be quite small but is spacious enough for two in a room. Location wise not exactly close to tourist spot. Taking Didi will be the choice to move around.

The front desk service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. They resolved all the problems we encountered during our stays speedily. It was a value for money stay. The only setback is certain features of hotel rooms are not user friendly and well designed especially for the seniors. Overall , it was still a good stay.
