very good service! With free guzheng performance at the lobby, also have free dessert and different kinds of tea drinks.
The room is spacious and clean with Teochew type tea set in the room. Also have free tour guide, very nice experience to explore the ancient city! Recommend to friends

The hotel is conveniently located overseeing the west lake. The food quality is great and highly value for money. Staff is professional with fast check in and good room services. I particularly like the Chinese drinks that they offer at the lobby.

Lovely location and impeccable service! They helped me with food delivery and you can enjoy free laundry service once every night. My second time staying with them, and my parents and granny thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very convenient location, many restaurants and shops nearby. Staffs are very friendly. We arrived early at the hotel and rooms are available for us. Rooms are super clean and beautifully decorated. Especially like the wooden furniture and the Chinese tea inside the room. Will come again and definitely recommend this hotel.

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to bring my parents here, and the hotel did not disappoint! We booked the family suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The package included delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, as well as unlimited snacks/ dessert of the day, throughout our stay—a really nice touch!
What made our experience even better was their new service: a free 3-hour local tour of nearby attractions. Our guide, 小许 (Xiao Xu), was amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about the sights.
If you’re visiting 潮州for the first time and want a relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

Very good experience with HansiXihu hotel in Chaozhou Ancient City. It has an Oriental feel with Chinese guzheng live music perfomance twice a day.The location is great within walking distance to most of the major attractions.This hotel has great service with complimentary tea, coffee and dessert for guests. The staff are all very friendly and helpful in many ways and there is also a daily morning walking tour conducted by hotel staff guide of around 3 hours. They also have s free laundry service for guests.
