We went to the hot springs, but the hotels in the resort are too cost-effective. Simply staying more than 400, soaking more than 600 hot springs, we chose to stay here. The hotel is newly opened, and the environment and hygiene are still very good. The little girl at the front desk at the time of check-in served very well, and she also did some food and travel guides around the area. Arrange the car to go to the high-speed rail station in the morning, and the scheduled departure time is also very punctual. The front desk clerk at check-out is really hard to say! There are small hotels of this kind next to Vienna, only this building looks very high-end. I have always trusted such large chain hotels. Sure enough, I was not disappointed when I moved in. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Chaoshan Station by car, which is quite convenient. The most intimate thing is that there is a pick-up station service. We left early on the day of check-out, the hotel driver had not yet gone to work, and the front desk told us that the money for the taxi could be returned to us. Sure enough, the money for the taxi was received in less than two minutes. This kind of detail is the most captivating. recommend!

酒店比較新，設施在同價位中還算上游，房間隔音不是很好，半夜隔壁入住，吵到了。早餐中規中矩，不是很豐盛，但是管飽，味道應該是當地口味，白粥真心不錯。床上用品特別是枕頭，要大力表揚，不過吹風機太扯淡，沒幾分鐘就過熱保護，一直都是涼風，好在空調給力，自然晾乾。目前位置不算好，不過酒店有免費接送車至高鐵站，就算接送車司機不在，也會自掏腰包給客人打車，點贊。就是沙溪鎮官方有點扯淡，這麼大，客流這麼多的一個樞紐，居然沒有好好搞配套設施，道路以及周邊飯店太差了。

大吉大利，龍年吉祥，新年第一差選擇的第一家酒店，大堂華麗明亮，因為聽到我們小聲嘀咕不知房間會不會太小，前台主動貼心的給我們免升大一點的房間，真的很感動，房間打掃得很乾凈，設施什麼的都很新雖然沒有全自動化，但是真的好滿意。

這裏雖然是一個鎮，但是有種城鄉結合的感覺，出了酒店門口往右邊馬路一直走，有麥當勞跟華萊士，益禾堂，瑞幸咖啡，華容西餅，潮汕牛肉火鍋，富記小吃（謝謝前台推薦，炸餃子最好吃😋），晚上還有各種燒烤攤小吃攤，嘴巴根本就停不下來呀，酒店呢很不錯，方方面面我覺得ok啦，來到這裏簡直就是吃貨的幸運。。。

這家維也納服務太好了！司機專車來接，很貼心哦，四五分鐘就到了，我們出遊的人方便極了，前台還介紹了牛肉火鍋店，贊贊贊，尤其是接送服務真的很贊

衞生：很新、一塵不染的感覺，連鎖酒店就是不一樣。看被子就能看出衞生做得有多到位。 服務：有免費早餐、還有免費接送到高鐵站 環境：酒店內的環境無可挑剔，酒店外是一條大馬路、車多、切因為處於鄉鎮，因為車來車往導致塵土飛揚的。出去吃個晚飯回來，眼睛都睜不開。 總體還是給滿分好評

房間寬敞，超級大，完全不是這個價該有的房型，浴室超級大，還有個很好的小枱子，裝修風格是比較老式的，床很舒服，旅遊一週來睡的最安穩的酒店，樓層高，也不怎麼受周圍噪音影響，酒店還提供了高鐵站接送服務，很贊，最後周圍有個沙溪美食街，有海記 老貓潮汕牛肉火鍋，淡梅水果店，還有塔斯汀麥當勞也有，吃喝玩一天也挺好的，很推薦

旅途勞累，定維也納想好好休息，卻衞生極差，床單上很多小黑東西，浴室鏡子上有臟手印，浴室玻璃很臟，叫更換床上用品和擦下浴室玻璃，上來後保潔一直兇巴巴懟我埋怨我，説是我自己弄的，找各種藉口説床品不是臟，暈死，臟的圓鏡子和浴室玻璃我碰都沒碰！這種態度真是奇葩！難道我是你員工，你是領導？自己衞生沒做好，用這種語氣教訓客人？前台叫你來搞衞生做服務不是來數落客人的，這個保潔更沒有半句不好意思，凶神惡煞的，然後又換一位保潔，態度好一點，衹是換了一張床單就走了，打值班經理電話沒人接，後來很久才有人上來更換床品，經理説玻璃是被腐蝕的，我也懶得説了。我自己擦桌子，在打掃過程中又發現床頭桌上粘糊的不懂什麼東西，根本沒人擦，許多問題，一言難盡。對這個品牌挺失望的，經理説加我微信，很久沒看到加，也不懂有什麼事，後來加上了，詢問行李存放問題也不回話，倒是看到她發了朋友圈，感覺不是真的照顧客户需求。接送需要打兩次電話才能落實接站，接送的男孩子態度蠻好的，這也是唯一可以認可的了。晚上狗叫根本沒法好好睡，塞耳塞都被吵醒好幾次。關門聲音很響，也沒法賴床。

整體挺滿意，酒店就在潮汕站附近，接站和送站服務的預約都方便，來的也算準時和周到。 酒店所在的區域在修路，去潮州古城和汕頭基本都靠打車。 早餐一般，九點半結束到到酒店二十左右煮麪的攤位就差不多收攤了，要吃早飯還是要起早點。

出來玩住得離高鐵站近方便一點，提前預約了酒店接站。非常準時，非常快，五分鐘不到就到了！服務態度很好。酒店樓下美食一條街，這邊出名的牛肉火鍋非常好吃，英歌魂終於喝到了，圓滿的一天！
