A nice hotel with a nice service！it‘s close to the station，very recommend👍

Beautiful hotel, city centre. But the google address was not working correctly. Only with the 3rd time, after careful copying we got in an unfamiliar city in the dark. No ATM in the hotel. Very nice staff! All the best!

This hotel has an exceptional location in the heart of Charleroi. It adjoins a major downtown shopping mall with international brands and standard fast food options including Burger King. My room had amazing view of the central plaza including the church. There is an excellent range of restaurants nearby and a small selection of convenience stores. However, there was are no large supermarket in this area, and getting access to pharmacies was difficult at night. The reception area has lively bar on level 2 and there is outdoor areas with seating and umbrellas for the summer period. During this visit in August, there was some live music in the streets nearby which added to the town atmosphere, but this city is not Brussels, as visitors should lower expectations regarding night life options. It about a 10 min walks to the Central Station and express buses to the airport. (Charleroi low cost airport) Note: The railway stations area is under construction, some care may be required with luggage.

A very modern, very clean and comfortable hotel. Great room facilities and friendly helpful staff. Located within an amazing shopping mall and a beautiful piazzas definitely recommend.

It's a good choice

It was very close to Charleroi Airport and within a 10 minute walk from the station. There are fast food restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so it's easy to get water and snacks, and I think this is a hotel where even relatively novice travelers can stay without any problems. The waffles in that shopping mall were very delicious, so I recommend them◎ However, the IBIS Hotel, which was closer to the station, was cheaper, so I thought it would have been better to stay there. The staff's response was average! The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful.

I only stayed one night but the welcome was excellent. The only thing, but this is my problem, is that the rooms have no openings and for me, who suffer from claustrophobia, not being able to have air becomes problematic.

Depending on the location, you may not find the hotel next to the shopping mall. It is next to the prime shopping mall.

Since it was a small city, the facilities and places to visit were limited. For the price and service comparison, it is a good hotel, the hotel's facilities are limited.

A very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. A big plus is the ability to leave your luggage in the storage room. Despite the very early hour, the taxi ordered by the hotel staff waited punctually in front of the hotel. I recommend
